No such a thing as next day delivery...Disappointed

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience from a repeat customer

I've used Streetshirts numerous times for my workwear and have spent hundreds of pounds with them, but after the way they've handled this order I genuinely don't see myself using them again.

I ordered three personalised T-shirts, including two 3XL shirts.

Their sizing chart specifically states:

Medium = 38–40" chest
XL = 44–46" chest
2XL = 47–49" chest
3XL = 50–52" chest

My chest measures 50–52", so naturally I followed THEIR sizing chart and ordered 3XL.

When they arrived, both 3XL shirts were absolutely enormous. I measured them laid flat and they are approximately 29–30 inches across the chest – approximately 58–60 inches around the garment.

What makes this even more ridiculous is that I also ordered a Medium in the exact same T-shirt style in the same order.

Their chart says Medium is 38–40", and when I measured the Medium they supplied, it was 20" across = 40" around. In other words, it corresponds perfectly with the measurement on their sizing chart and fits correctly.

Yet somehow their:

Medium advertised as 38–40" = actual garment 40"

while their:

3XL advertised as 50–52" = actual garment approximately 58–60"

I contacted customer service and explained all of this, including providing measurements and photographs.

Their response was that the measurements on the website are a “guide” and that the garment will naturally be larger to allow for a comfortable fit. They then suggested that I should have selected a smaller size.

How exactly is a customer supposed to know that?

If my chest is 50–52" and THEIR OWN CHART specifically tells me that 50–52" = 3XL, why would I ignore their instructions and randomly order an XL that their website says is intended for a 44–46" chest?

More importantly, when I specifically asked them to explain why the Medium of the exact same garment has essentially no additional circumference beyond their stated measurement, while the 3XL suddenly has approximately 6–8 inches beyond the top of its stated range, that discrepancy wasn't addressed.

I wasn't asking for a refund because I'd changed my mind. I actually wanted the T-shirts. I simply wanted replacements in the size that would correctly fit my 50–52" chest.

Instead I was told that if they sent another 3XL, I would receive exactly the same size again, and that I should simply choose a smaller size.

A sizing chart is supposed to tell customers which size to purchase. Customers shouldn't have to ignore the company's own measurements, guess a completely different size and hope for the best – particularly with personalised clothing that cannot simply be returned like ordinary clothing.

After being a repeat customer and spending hundreds of pounds with Streetshirts, I expected them to simply acknowledge the obvious sizing discrepancy and rectify two T-shirts.

Unfortunately, the way this has been handled has completely undermined my confidence in ordering clothing from them again. If I can't rely on the sizing chart provided by the company selling the clothing, I don't see the point in using them for my workwear moving forward.

Wir haben bei Streetshirts sechs beidseitig bedruckte T-Shirts für insgesamt 104,93 € bestellt. Die während des Bestellvorgangs erzeugten KI-Vorschaubilder zeigten deutlich größere, farbkräftigere und detailreichere Drucke.

Geliefert wurden T-Shirts mit wesentlich kleineren Motiven. Farben, Deckkraft und Detailwirkung fallen deutlich schwächer aus. Der Druck wirkt zudem transferartig und entspricht für uns weder den Vorschaubildern noch der auf der Website beworbenen lebendigen, hochdeckenden und hochauflösenden Qualität. Die Shirts sind für unseren vorgesehenen Zweck nicht verwendbar.

Besonders enttäuschend ist der Kundenservice. Trotz unserer eindeutigen Forderung nach Rücksendung und vollständiger Erstattung erhielten wir wiederholt nahezu dieselben allgemeinen Erklärungen zu RGB und CMYK. Diese erklären jedoch keine abweichende Druckgröße.

Hinzu kommen widersprüchliche Angaben zum Druckverfahren: Auf einer offiziellen Streetshirts-Seite ist von Direct-to-Garment-Druckmaschinen die Rede. Der Kundenservice erklärte uns dagegen, das Verfahren sei am ehesten mit DTF vergleichbar, es handle sich nicht um DTG und entsprechende Angaben befänden sich nicht auf der Website.

Statt unsere konkrete Rückgabe- und Erstattungsforderung zu beantworten, sollen wir weiterhin Maße bestätigen und technische Diskussionen führen. Wir möchten weder eine Ersatzlieferung noch weitere Rechtfertigungen, sondern die unbenutzten Shirts zurückschicken und unser Geld zurückerhalten.

Nach dieser Erfahrung können wir Streetshirts leider nicht empfehlen. Eine realistische Vorschau, transparente Angaben zum Druckverfahren und eine unkomplizierte Bearbeitung berechtigter Reklamationen sollten selbstverständlich sein.

I've been a loyal customer of Streetshirts for many years and have always recommended their service because of the quality of their printing. In fact, one of the things I loved most was how their prints felt like part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it.

Over the years, I've made use of their lifetime guarantee a handful of times where older designs had naturally faded. I really appreciated them honouring that guarantee, and it was one of the reasons I continued to come back.

However, I've recently noticed that my recent orders appear to use a different printing process. The print now has a noticeably plastic or rubber-like feel, whereas their previous prints had a much softer, more natural finish. Personally, I find the new texture much less pleasant to wear, and it feels like a step backwards in terms of quality, even if it's likely to be more durable.

I completely understand that the change may have been made to improve longevity or reduce the number of guarantee replacements, and from a business perspective that makes sense. That said, if the trade-off is between a softer, more comfortable print that gradually fades over time and a print that lasts much longer but has a plastic feel, I would choose the former every time.

I'd even be happy to see the lifetime guarantee replaced with something more reasonable like a two-year guarantee if it meant returning to the previous printing method. For me, the look and feel of the garment are far more important than having a print that never fades.

I wanted to share this as genuine feedback from a long-standing customer who has always been impressed with their products. I hope they would consider whether there might be room to offer the previous printing method again, even as an alternative option.

I emailed and chatted on the website to ask for sizes - ie, length, etc. of their t-shirts. All I was given was chest measurements, which is not that helpful. I wanted to know the length and front width.
Also, it would be helpful if they said 'model is 6ft tall and wearing a large'
They don't even provide a fit (slim, regular ect)

Paid 14.99 to get order delivered next day, I was before their cut off point. My delivery is not coming till Monday now, it was meant to be a last minute present for a friend.

Can’t recommend enough! So impressed with the print quality, the sizing is perfect and delivery was so fast! Left some custom t-shirts for a stag do pretty last minute so worried about delivery times vs quality - but they’ve nailed it on both.

I loved my experience with Streetshirts, designing was so much fun and I enjoyed the whole process. Figuring out the functions of the different tools was tricky at first but once I knew what I was doing, I was firing away!
Delivery was quick and tracking made available which I liked. Super speedy, super fun and quality of the tshirts was really good. I brought the unisex M, XL and children sized tshirts and the sizes were pretty much true to size. I think I will try the oversized tshirts next time. All in all, a very good experience with this company and I will happily recommend and use their services again.

I absolutely love our custom shirts from StreetShirts! The quality is amazing, the customization process was easy, and they brought our vision to life perfectly. They make such a special keepsake for our family, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for personalized apparel.

Their money back guarantee is worthless and misleading, they don't honour it. The t shirts delivered to me were all too small - they measure smaller than the chest size advertised. They don't refund or exchange - they ask you to pay for a 2nd printing but with a nominal 25% discount on the 2nd set you pay for. That works out at over £40 per t shirt to get the size I ordered. They are custom printers, but anything custom printed falls out of their guarantees. Check the small print on delivery too before ordering. The T&Cs say they can take 14 days to deliver in the UK. Very short sighted customer service; I've ordered well over 3000 printed garments over the past few years and was looking for new suppliers. I'll steer well clear of Streetshirts in future.

I received the order in a prompt time. The t-shirt itself is ok.

Sadly the t-shirt arrived in a transparent bag. This was problematic as it was a gift and the person the gift was intended for saw the t-shirt when it arrived. So did many other people. Be aware your order will not be private and sent in a transparent bag if you are buying it as a gift.

I did message the company but they didn’t appear to care that the lack of private packaging had spoilt the birthday surprise and just said they will pass this on.

I felt disappointed and now have to find a another birthday gift.

It's a real shame. Streetshirts used to have fantastic, direct to fabric printing. It looked really professional. They now use some other method that looks like a sticker. Kind of like you'd iron on at home. Unfortunately I won't be able to use them any more.

Terrible customer service- never talking to a real person and the next day delivery ad is not true. I ordered my T-shirts for a purpose and after 5 days of waiting nothing arrived then I have not reason on wanting the tees and not refund offered for returned items. Don’t be fool by promises of good service, you won’t find it with these people!!!

I ordered two tee shirts at 1pm Friday, later on Street Shirts emailed to say they were printed and dispatched. The postie delivered the shirts at 10.30 Saturday morning. What an incredible service.
I ordered the cheapest shirts to see what quality they are and to check the sizes. I didn't need to worry, the quality is very good and the sizes are very generous.
Thanks to the whole team for a great service and I will be back again soon

I ordered a shirt, I left a good review for it. Then I got a message if I added photos, I'd get a (up to) £10 voucher towards my next purchase. I added photos. I received no voucher. The message did not say you MAY receive a voucher..

Paid for 2 t-shirts, paid for express delivery... Which was far from express. My tops have been delivered to the wrong address and company ignoring me, I've requested assistance none given. So I'm out of pocket £54 ...

I've always had good quality service from Streetshirts, their design tool makes the job very easy. The finished product is of the quality expected.
