Very easy and quick
Very easy and quick. Sent a sample of the stress compaction truck when I expressed interest and then from the sending of artwork to the delivery was very quick and efficient. I would definitely order again and likely will when we've gone through this batch!!!

NOT AS EXPECTED
Took a sample of a pasty which we liked and proceeded to order 750 pieces. when they arrived they couldn't have looked more different from the sample. The looked more like the sun that a pasty! upon complaining about our delivery (which we had already paid for) we were given the option of more product of what we were complaining about, 10% refund or wait 12-14weeks for what we actually sampled/ordered leaving us with no other option that to cancel the order and leaving us without goods for an exhibition. Very disappointed

We are very sorry that we didn’t get your order right on this occasion. Unfortunately we were let down by our supplier in sending the wrong shaped Cornish Pasty to you and we did our best to rectify the situation.
We would never want anyone to be without goods for an exhibition so we offered that you could keep these to use free of charge and that we would send the correct items out to you as soon as we could, but essentially you only wanted a 50% discount and to keep the product which we were not able to offer you. At your request we collected the goods and refunded your money in full.
It is very rare that we have any problems with orders and we have over 500 customer reviews on our own website review system from satisfied customers, but we appreciate we didn’t get it right on this occasion and we are very sorry.

The lead time was reasonable, and the quality of the products exceeded our expectations, all at a very reasonable price. The stress balls were packaged securely and sturdily, arriving in perfect condition.
