I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. Tried to return the next day. I spent $83 including shipping and they offered me a $6 refund for goodwill.

I ordered Halloween apparel on 10/16/2024 and still
haven't received it! What good is it now??

This place borders on decept. I did measurements as you have in your chart and the sizes. I have done everything your company asked to return my ability to and have an email confirming what is needed, leading me to think i would receive a refund. I have already sent the items back and I expect a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM. THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER AND THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE ARE NOT THE SAME. YOU RECEIVE A CHEAPER AND LOW GRADE SHIRT OR SWEATSHIRT. WHEN YOU TRY TO GET SOMEONE TO SEND YOU THE RIGHT ONE ALL THEY GIVE YOU BACK IS A 4 DOLLAR CREDIT

I ordered several t-shirts on August 7. On Aug 18, the order status still showed "In Process." I became concerned and checked their reviews. I know I should have done that BEFORE I ordered... They have a 1 1/2 *! So, I sent an email canceling my order. They sent an email back stating my order had already shipped, which was a complete lie, and provided a fake tracking #. I tried to dispute the transaction with Klarna which was a complete waste of time. The order finally arrived Sept 6. The fit is not even close to accurate. The material is more like pajama fabric.

I was very disappointed in the sizing of the shirts and the quality. They refused to do anything about the shirt.

Spent over $96.00 on 4 shirts and 1 hat. I received everything eventually in two deliveries but the look and feel of the fabrics do not match what was advertised and the sizes are European in fit. I tried to return them and they asked me to donate them and offered to refund me $8.00 which I declined. Then they offered $10.00 which was adding insult to injury. Upon further research I found this is a scam site meant to aid in identity theft! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

How can they improve? They can acknowledge, and send my order. They had no problem taking my money, but I can’t even go into the website and find the order. I will be making a visit to my bank.

I must have lucked out because I received my order (shirt), and I love it. The material is a polyester and spandex, soft and feels good against the skin.
I ordered a small. I think it’s a little large for a small but looks fine. Delivery does take longer than I expected, almost 4 weeks.

Got lured in by their Instagram post and after ordering a quantity of three of one specific type of item (as gifts for friends). It took over a month to finally receive the items (by way of China) and there were indeed three caps but clearly of a different type ( I took a snapshot of my original order to prove this fact). Immediately reached out to them per their customer service contact info per their website to inquire how I may return these for an exchange I received a response that I was wrong and that the shipment sent from their warehouse was “indeed correct” (it was INDEED NOT). Then they let me know that “If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you”. Their final totally unacceptable indignation was that “how about we refund you 3 USD as compensation” (my order was for a total BTW of 42.96 USD). Completely avoid buying from this dubious operation or you too will be writing a one star review!

Update on my order from Strostrke. I canceled my order, and I received a notification in my mailbox from the post office. Notice said I owed 14.50 for a package, in order to get it delivered. I have no other items I have ordered. Called post office, and told them my story, and they agreed it is a scam. I hope no one else goes through this.

Worst clothing item it has ever been my misfortune to order! The fabric is bad, the stitching is terrible, the neckline is off centered... I would never ever wear it! Trying to return it but I suspect that will not be possible.

Ad for shirt is misleading. Company will not refund money spent; offered me $2. Shirt is cheaply made out of polyester when ad states linen blend. Wouldn't even give it a 1 star.

Horrible. I thought I was ordering from a legit website that was benefiting Alzheimer’s and Dementia but when I got the products, shirts & a necklace, all with no tags on them, terrible quality, were clearly shipped from China with multiple shipping labels, and it took forever to get here, I knew it was a scam.

Very poor quality merchandise. Knock off of what is seen on website. I put it all into charity bin. Do not order from here.

I bought a shirt from Strostrke on May 15 and I never got it. I want my $50 back or send the shirt. There is no phone number to contact them.HELP PLEASE !!!!

Products are shipped from China so expect more than 30 days to complete order.

So except to be scammed: you will be asked for more funds to refund, reorder, on lost orders. I wrote my address correctly, But they left off the street #.
Delivery was " completed" to Astoria, New York warehouse and I am in Florida.

Product material sucks. Both by the material is like buying from temu and size is 2 to 3 sizes smaller than it says.. And it takes forever to get it. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
Ordered on May 20th and received on June 15th.
