One sweatshirt, three tops

I purchased two tops, a sweatshirt, and a tank. When the package arrived the bag was dirty and ripped. refused the package with UPS. I kept waiting for my refund or some other solution. Filed a dispute with my bank. This company won because they had proof that the product was delivered even though it was not accepted. The price was 115.88. I am now in Checks System and I am sure that this company got back their product. Then I find out that the product was in two bags so I never got one of the bags at all. This whole thing was crazy and I would say do not buy unless you have the money to give away. Thank goodness I have been with wells fargo for over 30 years, this was purchased with a different back.

Disappointed and disgusted We ordered a personalized blanket on…

We ordered a personalized blanket on December 12 as a Christmas gift to our son and his fiancée. We paid extra shipping and handling to have it by December 23. Needless to say we never received our order. My wife did call only to find out that the shipment was delayed and we wouldn’t receive it until the 24th to the 29th. Tracking our order did not make a difference because it never showed that the item was even shipped. Terrible experience. Horrible company should’ve looked at the reviews prior. That’s our fault. Please beware of ordering from this company. If we could’ve given them, no stars we would’ve but to leave a review we had to give one star 👎👎👎👎

This company has horrible customer…

This company has horrible customer service. The products run small for the sizes and they basically told me oh well it is my fault and now I am stuck with it. What a waste of 35.00. Will NEVER EVER order or recommend this company. I plan on putting up a review every day and hope they change their policy for all who do order.

Really wish i had read these reviews before i tried to buy a t shirt and a sweatshirt from stylishgears. Total scam. Never recieved my shirts and when i emailed the "support" got a response from "John Smith" please! I would really love to get my money back and put these people out of business. I will be putting in a complaint with BBB.

Stylishgears aks voomart are operating…

Stylishgears aks voomart are operating from the same address and suite number. They either use dropship or theyre a scam. The whois inquiry on both websites show an ip address of Pakistan. They are not reputable businesses and guess what ? I live near the address they're using. Its yet a different company. They have no brick and mortar store.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered 3 shirts in the same size and got all 3 but 2 were the wrong size. i have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months about this no resolution yet. DO NOT BUY from them!!!!! they have an F rating on the better business bureau site (BBB). i didn't check it first. my fault. i am just warning others not to buy from them. i have a case open about them with the BBB and they are going to look into this. i spent about $60 for 2 shirts that are too small to wear.

I WANT MY EMAIL ADDRESS OFF THEIR COMPANY LIST. STOP SENDING ME EMAILS. Why can you not understand that??? I would NOT recommend your company because you have ignored my requests for you to STOP sending me emails. You are unable to opt out from your site. I believe this may be against the law. We ordered the birth month T-shirt in a size large. Upon receiving it, we emailed to state that it was clearly not a large but more like a medium if not smaller. The response was to give us a 20% off coupon for the next order and nothing tons that. I’ve emailed 4 times and messaged on Facebook several times but have not heard back at all. You’re companies customer service is a terrible reflection of your company. We simply wanted to send back the shirt and have an actual large size made but I can’t wait even get an response back from a rep. You claim 100% satisfaction garunteed... perhaps you don’t know what that means? And I’m sorry, did anyone else notice that all of their responses below to any problem was the same thoughtless, generic crap to contact their customer support center? Your center didn’t help to begin with ... what a joke of a company.

I have been trying to speak from some…

I have been trying to some one from Stylish Gears but no luck. The link they have for customer service belongs to a company called Bunch Gear and have no association with this Company. I also wrote a letter to their address and received a telephone call from a representative who told me that he was unable to help me in any way with regards to my need for a refund, return procedure with the wrong month sent or wrong size. The first two shirts were correct but this last order has been a nightmare. This company is not a company capable of helping their customers per other reviews

Stay far away from Stylish Gears! If you have already been ripped off by them, here's what you can do!

-Ordered February Girl T-shirt from Stylish Gears (SG) on Feb. 3, my birthday.

-Got invoice promising delivery within 10 business days, so, by Fri., Feb. 16.

-Sent follow-up email Feb. 4 asking about sizing, shrinkage, return policies, phone number to talk to a real person, and possibility of ordering a different sleeve length.

-Got response answering only one of my questions.

-Re-sent my questions on Feb. 5. No reply.

-Found this consumer feedback website featuring poor SG reviews AND found out that several complaints have been formally filed against SG with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), even though SG is not a BBB member.

-Re-sent my questions on Feb. 14, saying I hadn't even received notice of shipment yet and would cancel my order and send my credit card fraud department after them for a refund if I didn't hear from them by Friday the 16th. No reply.

-American Express refunded me for the T-shirt on Fri., Feb. 16 and filed a charge dispute with SG.

-I formally cancelled my SG order by email today, Feb. 19. I also formally filed online consumer complaints about SG to the BBB and the Florida Attorney General, and I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS COMPANY ON THIS SITE TO DO THE SAME, RIGHT AWAY, EVEN IF YOUR COMPLAINT ISN'T RECENT. It is very easy to do.

-This company should be heavily fined by the Florida AG; should be required to refund all unfulfilled orders and provide customers with a phone number to call; and should be suspended from doing business until it can fulfill orders and communicate with customers promptly and professionally.

I ordered a tee shirt from them and they sent me the wrong size. They refuse to fix the situation. They told me that I had to buy another tee shirt. I don't think that it is right. They charged my mom's card for the money out of the bank. It was my birthday 🎁 present.
