Exactly the hat I was looking for, to use on my PCT thru-hike. I hiked 900 miles in 2019 with the Adventure hat, but looking to finish the last 1700 miles with my new brushline bucket. These hats really protect from the brutal sun along the trail

The staff was informative about their products by phone or e-mail. The straw hat was well packaged so no damage could be incurred.

This is my third Adventure hat. I live in FL and do water aerobics 3 - 5 times a week. I think 5 others in my classes have bought one after seeing mine.

The hat was send misshaped, now I have to figure out a way to fix it or it’s just trash. I tried calling customer service but the number that shows in my receipt it not working

I really like the hat, however, it took me a couple of times looking at the website to determine that I ordered two of the same things. I originally ordered the foldable Aero visor for women, thinking it had the slots on the sides to slip sunglasses into, the picture wasn't very good. Then afterwards, I looked at the site again and found the Volstice Visor which stated specifically it had the sunglass slots, so I ordered one of those. When both orders arrived I found out both items were the same, the Aero and the Solstice both had the sunglass slots. Your webmaster has to do a better job of differentiating the two if they are different. After receiving them I could not determine a difference, except for the color differences.

I love the hats I ordered. They are excellent quality, arrived fairly quickly, were packed nicely. Lifetime warranty is a bonus.

I love the Charter hat. However, there was a hat that had the netting part of the hat over the entire head except the top. THAT hat was my favorite, and you no longer make it. The Charter certainly comes close to the utility of the other hat, but not totally. The Charter is worth every penny, and this is my second Charter purchased from you.

It is well made and keeps my head cool in the summer.

Good quality product from initial inspection. Looking forward to using the hat in the future. Need to keep the sun off my face and neck due to cancer issues, and I think this is the perfect hat for that.
