Do not use this airline
Do not use this airline. They left the whole flight's luggage behind and their Customer Services just kept hanging up on people who rang them.
No communication, even from when we bought the tickets we were surprised at the lack of communication, but this is not a very professional operation all round.

Please people don’t spend your money in this business they just stealing people’s money please I purchased 2 tickets from sunrise airways they canceled the service and keep my money even though I paid cancellation protection and I have friends who’s complained for the same thing very bad experience with them
