We booked a family holiday to Barcelona with our two sons and their girlfriends, and Natalie was fantastic from start to finish. She gave us several different options for areas to stay, helping us find the best fit for our family.

This is the second holiday I’ve booked through Natalie, and once again her advice and customer service were excellent. Everything went perfectly. The hotel Natalie recommended was fantastic, especially as I’m coeliac. The breakfast had plenty of gluten-free options, including bread and pastries, and all of the buffet food was clearly labelled, which made eating stress-free throughout our stay.

It was so reassuring to have someone on hand to answer any questions rather than simply booking through a holiday company. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another holiday with Natalie and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable travel agent.

From the very beginning, Natalie was incredibly responsive, always replying to emails quickly and being available whenever we needed information or reassurance. The holiday itself was absolutely perfect. One of our biggest priorities when travelling is finding accommodation that can safely cater for allergies. Two members of our family have coeliac disease, and our son is also allergic to dairy, egg and soy, so this is a major consideration for us when booking a holiday. Natalie carefully selected a hotel that was exceptionally allergy-aware and catered for us better than anywhere we’ve stayed before.

Knowing that our dietary requirements were understood and accommodated allowed my husband and me to truly relax at mealtimes, which is something we rarely get to do when travelling. That peace of mind was invaluable and made such a difference to our holiday experience.

Natalie was very helpful and knowledgeable with supporting us to find a hotel and holiday which met all of our families requirements, from my elderly parents, teenage children and coeliac husband.
