My online ordered was screwed up. Both items I ordered came back small I stead of large. When I returned the wrong time, I was not refunded for the full amount and was told that shipping was on me.

My online ordered was screwed up. Both items I ordered came back small I stead of large. When I returned the wrong time, I was not refunded for the full amount and was told that shipping was on me.

Unfortunately the size chart was completely wrong for me, even based on customer review and I wasn’t warned the coat contained “materials that are non-returnable”.

Size guide line was way off
Size guide line was way off. The first 3 i bought was too small even the size said XL. Then I ordered another 3 XXL shirts but they were still too small. I had to returned them, i was refunded 2 of them because of no replacement, the other one is still waiting but I am not sure if you are sending the same small XXL size. I emailed but no one responded. I ordered 3 new XXXL but you didn't have the color and style I wanted to order.
