Good price, professional service and quick fitting

I’ve dealt with the guys at Surefit for over 20yrs. From my 1st initial contact, to the guys visiting to measure up & discuss options, installation and subsequent customer care call- every single aspect is 1st class.

In my option the best carpet and floor company in South Yorkshire.

Every aspect of the service (the shop, the home visit for measuring up, the appointment making, and the fitting) was carried out effectively and done in a friendly manner.

Most important was of course the quality of the carpet and the fitting - Brian (hope I've got the name correct!) was clearly very skilled and competent - Working very quickly without letting standards slip.

Furthermore, I received a follow up call a couple of weeks after the fitting to make sure I was satisfied.

Ive now had two bedroom carpets fitted at different times with Surfit carpets & can't fault the service from them.
Service in the shop was good & the fitter was on time tidy & polite. Definitely recommend & will be using again.

The carpets are reasonably priced compared to competitors and the quality is superior compared to the test samples we received from other suppliers. The team did a fantastic job and Mark was very understanding and flexible with our fitting schedule as we were doing a full house renovation which took time. Overall we are very pleased with the carpets and would 100% recommend it.

Surefit have recently fitted a new carpet in my lounge, this follows from me previously using them to fit carpets and hard floor covers throughout the rest of my home. Having used Surefit for several years I can strongly recommend them for their consistently high standard of work as well as supplying a wide range of high quality products.

I was surprisingly impressed with the shop - I wasn't sure how it would compare with bigger outlets but they were able to provide an excellent choice and advice
Measuring, order delivery and fitting went just as planned with all offcuts and rubbish bagged up
The carpet fitting was really professional and we are really pleased with the carpets

Helpful staff, onsite parking. Had 2 carpets fitted this year. Quick to respond to minor issue I had in the hallway. Fitters on time, friendly and helpful, no issues with moving furniture around that I was unable to move to another room. Was happy for me to take several samples home to view in the room under different lighting.

We had a home appointment, the salesman was polite and professional, we ordered, booked apointment. The fitters were on time and polite, helpful. We have a second carpet being fitted shortly.
