Book looks great! The adventures are open enough for us to choose our own dates, but give enough detail that we won’t spend ages deciding what to do. Really looking forward to trying everything with my boyfriend. A really lovely gift and looking forward to creating memories.

Brilliant customer service!
My order didn't arrive after they posted it 48hr delivery with royal mail. I contacted them and they sent another one on 24hr delivery and it arrived within 24hrs!

I wanted to take the time to write a positive review of our recent purchase from Surprise Adventure. I was a little worried that it will not turn up or may be damaged however, it has been received on time and having looked through it, we do not doubt that it is going to make a great present. I sent a message via FB Messenger and Sarah (From the social media team) was very quick to alleviate my concerns. She even shared a screenshot from their system which showed that the item had been dispatched. I did read some negative reviews on here however, if you are ordering, double-check that your address is correct and take into consideration that this time of year can be challenging with deliveries. I would like to suggest that the firm sets up email alerts to keep the customer in the loop as to 1. Order received, processed, sent, and attached a reference number. I did not receive any of these and had to chase myself for peace of mind. The only email I received was a receipt with an order number. Other than that happy that it's here.

Bought this product on the 10th December. After a week of waiting for the product contacted customer service, which has been very prompt in its responses however I am still yet to have the product. Another has been sent to me with the assurance of it being delivered and yet it has not arrived.

I understand that Royal Mail will be busy at this time, however this is a gift to a person I am seeing before Christmas and I have now waited 10 days for a product that was assured 48 hour delivery. If that currently isn’t possible then don’t advertise it either.
Lastly, I have repeatedly asked for a tracking number on either products and have not yet been given it.
I don’t believe I am asking for much here and I am rather disappointed with this service.

They had got my address wrong left half the address out. It wasnt delivered and i got told to chase it up myself. Then had no contact since. No apology poor communication and was then blocked from loging in to my account with them. Appalling customer service sending messages over fb chat extremely rude inconsiderate people. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Would not buy or recommend at all.

So I made a mistake and didn't put my address in correctly, resulting in Royal mail sending my book back. After a lovely chat with customer service they offered to send me a new book out despite it being my fault in the first place. Sorry I was quick to judge

I hate companies sending write a review with out checking you order is with the customer I placed my order on the 6th and I am still waiting for it to get here 12 days later so it looks like that Christmas gift idea is gone let me update you on your so called delivery as it was not left in my safe place and took over 8 days to find so your so called delivery scanning is bs

When I filled in the address, the auto fill filled in my address incorrectly, I immediately contacted the company and they have sent out a new gift free of charge. I didn't expect that, very generous of them, especially as it's Christmas, amazing people.

Amazing good quality books with exciting opportunities in each page. I’m very excited for my boyfriend to open then on Christmas and we can start are year with all these diffrent dates and activities.

Bought this book as a way of putting some spontaneity into our marriage (been married 30yrs)
We are really looking forward to each adventure and surprises, the 1st one of our surprises was a camping trip, we didn't fancy that so changed it to a few nights in a hotel, that's the exciting thing about this book, work it your way, wonderful idea whoever designed this.

So excited to start these books such a great idea! The books are really good quality too, and a decent price!

I have purchased this as a gift. I think it's a fantastic way of recording your memories through the adventures you make with your partner. Highly recommend. Arrived quickly.

Absolutely diabolical company.
I ordered from them and needed to amend the address - I did this straight away as per their FAQ's however, the item got sent out to the wrong address. I emailed a couple of times and got no response.
When I emailed on social media, I had someone respond in a very unprofessional manner, telling me to email the support email address which I already had done, multiple times. They continued to send unprofessional responses, telling me the same thing over and over and dismissing me completely. Would absolutely not recommend the company at all.
I'd order from The Adventure Challenge instead, it's the same thing and probably has better customer service!
