The perfect custom campervan! (so excited!)

Coming to Jon and Paul I was so confused with all of the options on the market (first time owners!). I think I'd got ourselves in a bit of a tizz with what we thought we were looking for so came in a little overly confident and with what we "needed"....

Luckily the team were so patient and helpful and talked to us about what we were actually going to be doing and going with the van and helped us find a base model that would be perfect with a few alterations (with out two dogs in mind!).

Now we're eagerly awaiting our custom built campervan to arrive next month and we couldn't be more excited to pick it up!!... I enjoyed picking the colours a little too much I think :')

Thanks so much team for all of the help and patience and for our perfect van - can't wait to start ticking off our adventure list.

The After Care team at Sussex Campervans really does deserve the name. During its first year with us our Paradise Compact camper came to need attention to one or two niggles, including a roof mechanism that did not perform quite as we'd have liked. The goodwill and cooperative spirit from Lewis and Jonathan has been tremendous, our 'van is now back with us and ready for our year-round enjoyment.

Sussex Campervans provide exemplary services; from sales to aftercare, I’ve been impressed and reassured. I started to visit their site in March, hired a Nissan NV200 twice and made a purchase in August. After some agreed modifications I collected my campervan earlier this month, the internal build is stylish and of excellent quality. I took it on a trip to Cornwall a day after collection, I had a couple of snagging issues and they were fixed straightaway on my return, with no quibbling. These are dealers who are committed to giving their customers the highest possible standards. Those who have dealt with me you know who you are: THANK YOU.

Just had a habitation check on my NV200 . They found the solar panel was not working and as I live 250 miles away they replaced it there and then, dropping all scheduled work to do it. I also noticed they had added a strap to my roof fixings and a cap on the bbq outlet. The staff are all very friendly . I was very impressed with the service I received from them. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have had my SCV NV200 campervan for several years. My experience with this company has been amazing, the very best. Before embarking on another trip, I had to have some things taken care of. The service I received, in common with other experiences I have had with SCV, was extraordinary. Wonderful service staff, they go out of their way to ensure my van is running smoothly and everything is working as it should. They truly go the "extra mile" and beyond. Huge kudos to the service staff and to Rebecca - truly amazing staff! Thank you.

Firstly.... My Paradise Deluxe - my new BFF. I'm utterly obsessed. Whether I'm solo or with my buddy this camper is just a delight. Easy to drive. A comfy nest for sleep and just so beautiful. New to van life I'm just loving it and it's all mine. I feel so lucky. Secondly... the team at SCV are just so great. It's been a fabulous experience and they really do seem like a little family. From sales to aftercare I can't fault them. I'm so happy I went with these guys. Thoroughly recommend.

Helpful and friendly staff. I booked a CamperCar and took it for a week. It was really lovely to have all the equipment provided and they let me bring my dog too.

It was an all round excellent service and highly recommended.

I have just collected my Nisan NV 200 VX-e CamperCar, delivered a month early after ordering the van back in May. You could not ask for a more friendly and efficient company to deal with. The handover took about 2 hours, everyone we dealt with during the visit went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued customers, including the cat!. We were taken through all aspects of operating the van and two members of the workshop team were quickly on hand to make slight adjustments to the rock and roll bed mechanism as it was a little stiff. You felt nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company if you are looking to purchase camper van. Just waiting for some sunshine so we can get out and try our new van!

Made enquires to purchase a new factory order long wheelbase Manhattan. The finance man rang me and I was busy at work so asked him to ring me back in an hour which he agreed to as I knew I was at lunch. He did not call back. When I ask why he said he was on a conference call. Surely you don't agreed something with a customer and let them down. He obviously does. If that is their customer service before I spend my money I dread to think what it is like after I have bought one and you are talking a small amount of money. That man has just lost the company a sale and probably does not care. It is a shame as I visited the site and found the salesman so helpful. I was so looking forward to ordering a Campervan. I am sure there will be someone somewhere who will be happy to take my order.

I have been looking into buying a camper and I watched some of Daniel's videos. I loved the way Daniel presented the product, I soon booked a visit. When I visited Sussex Campervans I was amazed by the expertise, I was given not only a tour around their campers but around their facilities and workshop. It was an excellent experience.

Good quality conversions and excellent customer service before, during and after sales.
