The process was short and seamless. I spoke with Chamaine through email. She was great. Told me exactly what we needed. Payment was also easy.
We arrived the day before the meeting and everything was well organised.
Wedding day was beautiful. Photographer was such a sweet person. Took lovely photos. I forgot the name of the Lady at the meeting, she was so warm and lovely. The Registrar was also very friendly and made us laugh.

I highly recommend Sweet Gibraltar Weddings.

Sweet Gibraltar Weddings are the most unprofessional company I have ever engaged with.

From start to finish their communication is poor, unreliable and a very amateurish company.

If you want a hassle free wedding then look elsewhere.

Thank you so very, very much to The Sweet Gibraltar Wedding's team❤️Chamaine was our organiser online, Stephanie & Michelle sorted all the paperwork etc at the office in Gibraltar. On the day Stephanie also did my make-up & Jane was my hair stylist. Charlene was our photographer & she and Michelle were our 2 witnesses at our ceremony along with Adrian our Registrar, or Mr Happy as they call him😁 All had everything in place for us & each played their part to make the most Fabulous, Amazing and Memorable wedding day possible for just the two of us🤵💘👰Our story & journey with the Sweet Gibraltar Wedding Team - Charlie & I had been together for 23 years, I was 50 in May & Charlie will be 63 in October. Where did those years all go we both think & feel like we are still teenagers😉 Both of us had been married before & both had the full big white weddings with family, guests & all the bells & whistles too⛪🔔 We live, work, go out & go off on adventures together, which most couples don't or can't do. We are very lucky that we get to spend so much time & experience everything together, it works for us, & we have been to, done & seen so many things over the years & created an endless number of fantastic memories❤️ We have always been very happy as we are & didn't really feel we needed to get married. As it's just a piece of paper & a change of name, which comes with lots of paperwork to change everything, what's the point we always said🙄 But I did ask Charlie on the off chance on 3 leap years.. Twice he said no, as he said he wasn't ready🤣but the 3rd time he actually said Yes, much to my surprise😍 & then we went into lock down🔒as for everybody, everything stopped for a while🙈
Move on a couple of years & on new year’s eve 2022 Charlie took I'll, & after 4 days I took him to A & E, as he was so very ill, I really thought he was going to die on me🥵 So glad we went as he had pneumonia; It was a long recovery & he finally he got back to work in February. But it took 4 more months for him to get back on track fully, still with some lingering chest issues🙏Once back at work Charlie said... That's it we need a holiday & we are getting married⛱️ 💍🥂 After looking at other places & thinking we'll just go to Gretna Green. Charlie then stumbled on Sweet Gibraltar Weddings.. Gibraltar, ooh that sounds nice I said😎⛱️🌅 We looked at the website & read through all the options & we decided this was exactly the right place for us to get married👌Our ceremony was in the Botanical Gardens on the upper terrace in ‘The Dell’ an Italian style garden, which was so beautiful🌺We had photos taken around the gardens & then we went up the top of the Rock in the cable car🚡which was also fun & had photos around the Famous Mons Calpe building & viewing area. So we got the stunning views Charlie always wanted of us & The Rock in the background❤️ From start to finish it has been another Fantastic experience and another long-lasting memory we have created together🤵💘 It was worth waiting 23 years to have our special moment & do it our way & in style too💃🕺 To finish our Wedding Day Celebration, we went back to the Fabulous Rock Hotel where we stayed for 9 days, & had pre organised with the Amazing hotel staff there😍A table set with silver/grey bows on the chairs & a beautiful floral table piece💐On the Terrace overlooking the bay of Gibraltar🌅⛵in the amazing sunshine☀️And we had their Famous Afternoon Tea for 2 with Champagne & Cocktails of course☕🥪🍰🥂🍹We later watched the amazing sunset over the mountains across the bay🌄 💖We are already planning to go back to Gibraltar to celebrate our 1st Wedding Anniversary back there 🥂🍹🥳Again, we cannot thank the whole Amazing team 🌟 enough for creating our Perfect Wedding Day❤️ & we Highly recommend Sweet Gibraltar Weddings as the perfect choice for organising your dream wedding. If you want to have a hassle free experience of your wedding in Gibraltar pick any wedding planner But NOT Sweet Gibraltar Weddings. I got married the 15th with the Sunborn package and to my experience this company is an unorganized immature non dedicated bunch of money seekers. No attention was paid to the content of emails and whatsapp communication, questions were not answered and I just received general replies after having to wait for days. So I needed to go over things again and again. During the taking of the oaths, the representatives did not know which couple they had in front if them whilst their phones withi annoying sounds kept going of. I had to communicate with ths registry and the hotel myself as opposed to the promises of the package and having send documents to Chamaine. Also any information asked of patking was just waved away with park outside Gibraltar as opposed to facilitating me. I had to chase up the photographer for receiving the photos. When I was at the registry I noticed other couples with wedding planners present accompaning them and assisting them through the procedures and having nice talks with each other. No, don't pick this company. Their website and FB page look good but don't let that fool you.
