Very patient instructor and accomodating for my first time learning to swim. Thank you

No support at all
all they are intetested on is the money. I spent 2months and 2 weeks with them I could bearly float on the water. Having a busy life style myself, I have only had 3 lessons overall a waste of time. The swimming instructor did not turn up for lessons. They have put me off swimmming by increasing my anxiety level.

I can only say my experience has been awful. Been on wait list for over 12 months. Paid money upfront with no delivery. Told numerous different messages - latest is the pool is out of action and yet the venue still being advertised, my details were on an old computer system so the person didn't have my full record, someone would be in contact but mainly never returned calls. Constant marketing messages - I would say be very careful and make sure you have confirmation of a start date and don't go on any waiting list.

By the end of the eight lessons, my kids went from being scared of the pool to playing comfortably in the water. My oldest (7) had the best results and learned how to swim within a few lessons, whereas my youngest (5) still moves around the pool with a noodle. The teachers in the Manchester Airport location were all excellent. We had to reschedule a few lessons and experienced having the teacher go on holiday, and whoever was picking up the lesson was always good with the kids and brought a new way of teaching them to the table.

Zahra is my swimming instructor and I’ve had a great experience with her during our 1:1 lessons. She is extremely patient, understanding, and takes the time to break techniques down step by step. Her teaching style makes learning feel comfortable and encouraging, and I’ve seen real improvement because of her guidance.

Booking a suitable swim lesson was easy and quick. The coach (Claudine) was excellent and the suppport from Swim Now (Nick and Amy) was great also.

poor company, glad i didn’t book with them. rang me up, stayed silent for 15 seconds (i could hear her breathing) and hung up. seem like the staff wants to make it look like they are working when they are not.

My niece and daughter have made such good progress with Abbas as their teacher, they really enjoy their lessons!

When I first started my swimming lessons I was a 66 year old with many fears in the water, then along came and absolute saint in the shape of my swimming teacher, whose name was Sarah. Oh my goodness was she patient, she listened to everything I had to say, never said I wasn't been rational, was always empathetic and supportive. I have now gone from being a no hoper to being able to swim on my own, not going to be swimming miles, but every time I get in the water now I do not tense up. I could not have done this with anyone else. Sarah you truly are a wonderful swimming instructor, more than that you are fantastic human being. Thank you so much.

Our 2 boys have progressed so well with Abbas over the last year. They get to do such much swimming with no waiting around.

Abbas is super experienced and well liked by my 8 and 5 year olds. Very happy to see the kids becoming able to swimming beautifully under Abbas' instructions.

I have been with Swim now for about 2 months and Abs my instructor is a miracle worker from not be able so swim a stroke to doing lengths of front crawl and Breast Stroke in 8 lessons is amazing would highly recommend

Sarah has been teaching my son to swim for about 3 months now and the progress he has made is incredible. Sarah makes the lessons fun and engaging and hes gone from hating lessons to looking forward to them every week. Sarah is amazing and understands my son so well. Would highly recommend her to anyone. I'm so grateful to her, I didn't really think I'd ever get him to love swimming so much!

My 5 year old is having a fantastic time in the pool thanks brilliant SwimNow instructor Lydia. She is really amazing with kids and understands perfectly how different each one of them are. Mine didn't talk to her for months but it was obvious how much he liked her and listened to her. He made huge progress in his swimming and we've only been there for about 6 months. They are now happily chatting between laps (when he can catch his breath) and eventhough the location is a bit far from us we would not change Lydia with anyone else.

I am autistic and put in my request that I would prefer communication over emails as I do not do well over telephone communications.
When they called me a second time in a single day (I explained in the first call that I would prefer email communication and they seemed okay with this) I explained the why of it as it had now happened a second time and as I was doing so the gentleman (Gareth maybe his name was) hung up on me.

Such a shame. And honestly really rude. But luckily for me there are plenty of other providers with extremely similar services. If you are neurodiverse I would suggest avoiding this company as they do not accommodate it.

Jess helped me in just the way I needed to gain confidence in the water to carry on independently. She's a brilliant teacher - knows how to pitch knowledge just right (impressive given she's teaches children too!), helped me realise each lesson how much progress I was making, and had the patience to answer my countless questions about technique. Really great experience, thank you!

We have had an excellent service from start to finish with our Sons swimming lessons. It gave him a real boost in confidence and ability in time for our holiday. We had a taster lesson followed by a block of 6. Nicola has been great with him showing patience and encouragement to engage him. We are so pleased!

I couldn’t swim when I attended my taster session, as a 37 year old returning from a family vacation and not being able to enjoy the pool with my kids I realised I had to learn.

Within 4 lessons I was completing a full length of the pool, I was finally kicking and using my arms properly all because my instruction Abbas gave me the hands on approach I needed.

Now I’ve had around 8 lessons and am getting to grips with breast stroke which I’m told is one of the most technical forms of swimming and I’m completing full lengths.

I really thought my chance of learning to swim had passed but these lessons have not only improved my fitness, I feel confident in the pool now and am looking forward to our next family holiday and being able to join in.

I had a 30-minute lesson with Abbas focusing on butterfly, and I honestly came away feeling like something finally “clicked.” He explained everything in such a simple, down-to-earth way that the stroke suddenly made sense to me.

Abbas picked up on things no one has ever mentioned before and gave me a few small changes that made a huge difference straight away. He’s really patient, easy to talk to, and you can tell he genuinely wants you to improve.

I used to find butterfly difficult, but he broke it down so well that it actually felt enjoyable! I left the lesson feeling more confident and motivated than I’ve felt in ages.

Really impressed and grateful. Would definitely recommend Abbas to anyone wanting to improve their swimming.
