Great place and people just a pity that the front shocks were set to locked position so didn't work on the ride. My son was complaining the whole time and unfortunately I don't know much about bikes and didn't want to tamper with it!
Got back and showed one of the guys and he fixed it in seconds but did kind of spoil our ride and should've been checked before renting the bike out?
Otherwise fantastic day and will be back

The Summit is a great place to go for a great mountain biking experience - lots of jumps etc. It starts of slow and low and then gets bigger and bigger. Great fun and great staff. Brendan was really helpful. I will return soon.

Very efficient and friendly bike hire service. Excellent bikes, brilliant trails (blue and red) around Swinley Forest. Great fun!

Great MTB holiday club, thanks coaches

Tom Evans coached my son today in the Summit. The difference he made in his riding and jumping ability was incredible. Through simple technique changes he’s come on so much. I’d rate Tom and all the staff at the Bike hub. They are always so friendly.

Wonderful facility run by a friendly and informed team. Great that kids are able to develop their skills and have fun on their MTB's.

Tom was a fantastic guide, that really understood the varying abilities of the group and nudged gently to the limits.

The whole experience from booking, to collecting the bikes, finding and using the trails and returning the bikes at the end was all really easy and enjoyable to do. We loved our first experience on the trails

In advance of an event I decided to have some coaching as I'd never been on a mountain bike before. Brendan 's enthusiasm, experience and thoughtful approach mean that I've improved well beyond where I thought I would be after a few weeks. Each session is planned in advance, briefed and reviewed with the aim of getting me to my goals. The staff at Swinley are always friendly and ready to offer advice. I enjoy my time out there in the forest.

My son had a fabulous time on the holiday camp. Said it was the best day he had had all summer! We rebooked as soon as we got home.

My son did the Kids Day Camp with his friends and absolutely loved it. Having a coach helping him work on technique he was really excited about. We hired bikes from the Bike Hub which was really easy. A great activity for over the Summer.

Excellent coaches and facilities

I went with my son and we loved it.

The coaching session 1:2 with my son was spot on and met the brief we provided perfectly.

Didn't really know where to start and this has provided the perfect platform to progress

Mary-Anne was brilliant. Our group was 8, 14,15 and 50 so not easy to please everyone, but she handled it really well. The kids loved the easy introduction to the bikes and the primary skills and then as we got further into the forest the speed and thrills increased. Highly recommend a guided tour.

I recently hired a bike for my daughter so she could have her first run of the green and blue trails.
Booking online was easy as was check-in and check-out.
The bike seemed ideal and in good condition with everything working as it should.
Overall happy with the experience.

Rental bikes were great for us as beginners. Trails were fun and well maintained. A 2hr session was enough for us to do all of the green and blue trails with rests between each section. Could easily see us coming back to spend more time here. Trail markers were well signposted and easy to follow. Staff running the hub were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone thinking of having a go.

Really enjoyed it, great service. Hired 2bikes one for me and one for my son. It was quick and easy, bikes were in good order.
