I haven't received my order. They don't answer my email and they didn;t send back my money.

Very good in terms of stock information, discounts are generous. Popular sizes go quick. Delivery is extremely good, often the next day.

I returned my faulty ASSOS T.CAMPIONISSIMO_S7 BIB SHORTS to Swiss Iconic Factory Outlet over 3 weeks ago.

They signed for the returned item on the 13th June.

I've emailed them, tweeted them and called over and over again. I've not heard a peep from them and now £200 out of pocket. Not really sure what to do from here other than issue a CCJ against them?!

I know they're still operatoinal since they are updating social meida and sending out emails. Proper fuming.

Shopped here several times. Good prices, delivery as promised. Will trade again.

Just bought Assos Bib Shorts and Assos helmet from Swiss Iconic. The helmet was too small even though it was the biggest size and the shorts also didn’t fit. So no worries, I need to arrange the return, simple. Only I wasn’t expecting the post to be at my cost?! Bearing in mind that Assos gear is expensive I needed ‘signed for’ and insured up to £500. So the only choice is Post Office Special Delivery at £12.00. Not preaching that this is right or wrong, but please be aware that if anything you order doesn’t fit, then your paying for the return.
