This morning whilst at work I had a call from the same guy I explained again I could not talk because I am at work

They hung up, and they can't email you with details!
Doing research for a friend who is wanting to install broadband in his flat, but isn't technical, I came across this company online. I put in my friends address and my phone number on the online form and immediately got a phone call from a man whose name I don't recall. I explained that It wasn't my address that needed broadband and that I was researching on behalf of a friend. He gave me a price, and I asked him if he could email the details to me. He told me that they don't send emails. What??? So I said I would just get paper and pen to write down the details. The phone went dead. I assumed that we'd been cut off and that he'd ring back, but he didn't, so I presume he hung up. I will now try elsewhere.

Is 0333444534 legit…
I received a cold call from Kyle on 0333444534 and was being pushed to make a online payment . I explained this maybe a cloned site and was not about to make a payment over the phone without verifying it as legit. I asked Kyle to phone back early after 9am the next day to verify as legit but no missed calls. Went on line to switchexperts again and no call back

Put phone down on us! Extremely pushy
Spoke to switch experts regarding changing our broadband. He gave us relevant information but was extremely pushy to get us signed up. Said we needed to speak to our provider first before making a decision. He told us that providers were only putting up prices, pushed again for us to sign up. Said no we would speak to our provider first but asked him what number we could get him on if we were happy to change and he put the phone down! As it happened our provider reduced the price and we stayed with them.

We take incidents relating to our customer service very seriously and I want to assure you that we've escalated your situation to be dealt with accordingly and urgently to ensure that our level of service is improved.
We would hate for any of our customers to ever feel pushed into decisions, receive misinformation, or have their phone call abruptly ended. This goes against what we stand for as a brand, and I'm sincerely sorry about your experience.

Brilliant service, thank you Nick from Switch Experts!
I had a Gentleman called Nick help me find a brilliant deal for my mum. He was very friendly and informative including relating to the context to the situation which brought out a feeling of reassurance. We were told by previous ISP that internet would be reinstated after 15 days, Nick solved out problem in 4 days. Brilliant help and really friendly experience, so thank you Switch experts, especially thank you Nick!

Rude, unprofessional and a bad experience overall.
The “Expert” I spoke to was very unhelpful and frankly quite rude. He also told me the wrong information, which I corrected, having been told the correct information by Openreach earlier that same day! After which he mumbled some snide comment which I couldn’t quite hear. I also didn’t particularly want to speak to anyone on the phone but this was the only option. I will not be using this service ever again and I would suggest people just avoid it. Very unprofessional!
