I was looking to simply rollover the policy from the last provider given the limited increased in annual premium. Joe at the Switch Health team suggested reviewing alternative options and we landed on exactly the same cover with a well known provider at reduced costs. Thanks for the intervention!

A patient and understanding negotiator
Alexandra carefully negotiated a long list of questions with great calmness and understanding. She responded timely to my emails through the holiday period and negotiated so well with the 2 insurers she quoted me. She even offered online asistance, should I need it, with my new insurer because I told her I had struggled previously.
