AWFUL COMPANY!

AWFUL COMPANY!
Between SwooPOS and Waitermate, they have completed wasted my time and made my Business loose money and stopped me from trading.
I did my application with one of the directors of the company as apparently they were short staffed, I told him exactly what I needed from my payment solution and he advised this was no issue and all could be done, my reader was sent out instantly, but turns out I was lied to to just take a reader out that is now useless to me and my business because it doesn't do anything that I was told it did.. after spending 3 days trying to call up to get this sorted in which im promised call back after call back and nothing! Please never use this company, they will feed you false information, false hope and then lie repeatedly saying they will call back, a manager will call back, even a director to call back and still nothing! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

Hi Finlay, We are sorry to hear how you feel about your recent experience, it is very unusual for us to receive customer feedback of this nature, as I am sure you can see from all our previous reviews. We aim to deliver consistently great service and effective communication with all our valued customers which includes you. Where any concerns are raised, we ensure these are dealt with quickly and efficiently, if given the opportunity. On that note, we have tried to reach out to you on multiple occasions both via phone (on all 3 numbers we have) and via email but have been unsuccessful in our attempts and received no responses from you. In the meantime, I have reviewed your file and listened to all the calls to ascertain what might have gone wrong to warrant such a review, however I am struggling to see how this is justified. Where we have committed to contact this has either been attempted or completed, we have clear records of this. I can also confirm, which will address your points in terms of functionality, the ability to take customer non present transactions is included in our terminals, it may differ to what you are used to, however it is a very secure way of taking payments, we refer to this as pay by link. This method ensures you comply with UK regulations, is quick and simple to use and also comes at no additional cost. We would really like the opportunity to discuss this with you further, if you could return our call or respond to our email, it would be greatly appreciated. A great service experience from start…

A great service experience from start to finish. In going support has been excellent and quality of the products and system available across a multitude of devices. We have only just learned about Swoop but will be looking to switch our other venues once out of contract. a big shout to Andrea if I could give ten I would ****

Akib came onsite today and did our set up he was very professional and informative taught us everything we needed to know about the system and offered further support. Raimonda also went above and beyond for us. Thank you swoopos for helping us set up overall an amazing experience 🙌.

Quick and easy service akib came onsite…

Quick and easy service akib came onsite to train us on the system, and answered anything we was unsure about even stayed during service to help if needed. the system is running absolutely brilliant highly recommend, Aaron also helped me out a lot with menu changes and helped me out a lot overall a brilliant experience thank you akib!

Kenny made this so easy

Kenny made this is so easy for me. He was very helpful. Explained everything the credit to his team in the company. The system is outstanding. Couldn’t do without it.

Very good

Andrea checks in regularly and is always very helpful. The tills are really good, my only problem is the height of the tills, it would be better if they weren’t so tall!

Fantastic Service

What a simple and easy process with excellent work conducted by Tray and Akib the two IT guys, very ably assisted by Ian the Sales Director. Easy to install, great explanations to the staff how to operate the till system and prodcuts simple to find. Anybody working in hospitality, forget any other products and definitely contact these guys!

Issues with BT Broadband on a Saturday morning. Swoopos Helpdesk ensured our till systems were available again as soon as possible (before the fix from BT). Thanks to Kenny / Rovin and the others who assisted early Saturday AM to resolve the network issue.

I recently opened a new shop and I chose to use Swoopos. During the setup, I encountered significant issues with the printer, among other problems. Raimonda was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. She provided support even outside of office hours, sending messages and making herself readily available to resolve the issues. Additionally, the training and setup provided were excellent, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from the start. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, the problems were swiftly addressed, allowing my business to run smoothly. I'm extremely grateful for Raimonda's exceptional service and highly recommend her

I have dealt with Swoopos for a few…

I have dealt with Swoopos for a few years now and that is due to my dealings with Deb. She always goes above and beyond for me and my customers. A large majority of deals are sealed on the back of the demonstrations she does.
