I have had many loans through Swoosh…

I have had many loans through Swoosh Finance since 2021, always paid out early.
I recently had a message from Swoosh offering to refinance my current loan, as I have a couple hundred left before it is paid out.
So I applied pre-approved.
I accidentally entered the wrong reason for the loan and so it was declined. I spent 3 weeks trying to call and left emails with no assistance or response.
Finally, I managed to get in contact with someone today and she couldn't have given less of a shit.
And advised I would have to wait another month before trying to apply again. Pretty piss poor if you ask me.
If you would like to get a loan, do not bother with Swoosh as they are not genuine or understanding.

Super easy to deal with, straight forward questions, fast response. Jakayla was absolutely great to deal with, mere minutes between emails, I truly felt like I was a priority customer. Will recommend for those wanting/needing fast finance.

Other places are easier

Told you are pre approved then so much documentation is required. Then still more. Three people to contact needed too.
Gave up. Went to a competitor. Approved quickly elsewhere.
