Great service and very professional

I recently had my car serviced at Lamborghini Birmingham, and the experience was nothing short of horrendous from start to finish. I left my car for a routine service, and after seven days of zero contact, I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. They informed me there were issues with the tracker blocking the OBD port. I immediately provided the engineer’s contact details for the tracker, but days passed without resolution.

Then, out of the blue, I received an invoice with £900 of labor costs—completely unauthorized and without any prior communication. After multiple emails and days of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to waive the labor charges—rightly so, but only after my assistant had to repeatedly chase them.

When I eventually got my car back, it was returned half dirty, with the number plate hanging off, and they had used sticky tape in a feeble attempt to fix it. To top it all off, when I got home, I noticed the cover was missing on the pop-up speaker in the dashboard.

I tried contacting them again, but calls and emails went unanswered. On one occasion, nobody even picked up the phone, and now it’s been four days without a call back, despite claims that someone “tried” to reach me.

The complete lack of communication, care, and professionalism is shocking for a brand like Lamborghini. This was an utterly unacceptable experience, and I will never return. If you’re expecting premium service to match the brand, look elsewhere—this was beyond disappointing.

Excellent service from collecting my car for service and MOT to delivering back to me. I was kept informed of progress each day. The car was delivered clean both inside and out.

Many thanks Justin for the leg work you put in, and the same to Becky who ran a fair number of quotes for me to find the best option for me. I would recommend you to anyone. The car is wonderful, beautifully prepared and those who looked after me were brilliant.

As always, he provided an incredible expedience, with his knowledge, attentiveness, diligence, and good humour and conversation. We are always so pleased to spend quality time with Andrew.
