Of the 3 cars I found on approved Audi’s site Paul at Sytner derby was the first to reply a quick viewing and the deal I wanted all done with great results . The cars great and the service to supply was spot on and a trouble free experience

Bayley Millington at Derby Audi
Bayley Millington at Derby Audi is an absolute superstar. On Saturday 17/8/24 I collected my new Q2 black edition. Bayley went above and beyond to make this happen. He's knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very hardworking. He kept me updated from the start and ensured everything went to plan. 4 days later he is still checking in and answering any questions I have. Service Department are useless!
Sales side all good but now our A3 is nearly 1yr old & needs a service, this side off the company is a completely farce, rang derby audi but you get put through to a call centre who don't have a clue, was promised a call back as systems were down but this never materialised, after 7 phone calls i gave up & went out my way to book the service with Leicester Audi who seemed more helpful despite it being the same franchisee!

We were at Pride Park
We were at Pride Park , Derby ( Sytner Audi ). We were allowed time to view cars uninterrupted and then approached by Ashlee. He was chatty and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for . He did not try and sell us anything other than what we had expressed interest in . He was generous with his time , test drives and being able to open and view cars. In fact he was enjoyable company as well as doing his job well. We settled on an A1. Chris then took us through the paperwork - he was efficient and polite . We picked up the car the next day at the appointed time - Ash had ensured it was in pristine condition - he was accompanied by Elly going through the sales process - she patiently uploaded the Audi app , lending me a charger in the process. Overall a fun and rewarding experience - thankyou

Really good customer service
Really good customer service. Paul went above and beyond to ensure that I could view the car and answered all questions. He was friendly and personable. The buying process was efficient and I was impressed with the price offered for part exchange of my car. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Excellent buying experience
Just bought an A4 from Sytner Audi and I have to say it was a very polished customer experience. The car itself was 2 years old but I felt like I was buying brand new from the way I was treated. The very minor scuffs on the car were completely removed as promised, and the finance and drive away insurance paperwork were all handled efficiently and smoothly. Special thanks to Paul for arranging a test drive from my home so as to check whether it would get on to the drive. I would certainly recommend this dealership, a very friendly, efficient and professional buying experience.

Excellent service. Johal was excellent, helpful and knowledgable. Chris was great with finance advice. All in all a great experience and so glad I have gone back to an Audi dealership. I absolutely love my new car.

Outstanding customer service
I am fleet manager looking after 75 leased cars and booked an Audi A3 Sportback in for some repairs and service items with Audi Derby. Gareth in the bodyshop department was outstanding right from first communication and has kept me up to date throughout the process and accommodated our requests perfectly

Pretend to value customers until a sale is made
Further update: Received a call from the Sytner dealership, never received a touch up pen again despite the reply on this review. Still having ongoing issues with the car that have been mis-diagnosed several times and one 'fix' made the problem temporarily worse. Still no known fix for one of the problems with the car.
Updated to reflect a realistic review after buying a car from Sytner Audi (Derby). Everything was excellent up to purchasing the car, team were very useful. After they had made the sale the service fell very short. Requested a touch up pen for the vehicle after finding some scratches that weren’t seen on collection. Told on 4 or 5 different occasions that it was being sent, to never receive it, so gave up. Something very small but enough to ruin what started off great. Just an example of another dealership happy to appear like they’ll go to a lot of effort to help, to only do the opposite once the sale is done. Very disappointing.
Also would not recommend buying an “approved used” Audi etron. Had numerous problems in the first year of ownership for such an expensive car, one of which was fixed to only start breaking again 6 months later. The cost to maintain the car outside of any warranty will be very high, and the effort to get problems fixed that are clearly covered by the approved used warranty is far more than it should be. Last Audi, buy a Skoda instead if you want value and quality for your money.
