poor service
Second visit in a month for planned service work. both occasions dropped car off at 8.30 and last time vehicle wasnt ready until after 5pm and this time called at 4.30 and was told car would be ready in 45 mins. Turned up at 5 and car not ready until 6pm due to issue with gearbox service. poor communication around issues and nearly never got car back until last minute. Wont be booking in here again.

Car buying experience at Sytner Audi Derby
From start to finish and throughput the whole experience we were looked after very well making the entire process very enjoyable. The whole staff at Sytner were friendly and very helpful. Joshua Rowley was Our sales executive who made us feel welcome from the start. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was very attentive to all our needs. He was one of the best sales Executive’s I have encountered. I would have no issues dealing with Joshua or Sytner Audi Derby in the future and would recommend anyone to give them a try.

Helpful and supportive throughout
Luca was helpful from the beginning, helped me find the perfect car and answered all the questions we had. He even replied to questions on his days off. On the day of handover everything ran smoothly and it felt like a very special day. Simon and Billy also helped and were very supportive. Thank you all!

Audi A6 purchase and Mobile service
I've just bought an Audi A6 from Derby Audi, and the service from Ethan on the sale has been second to none, can't thank you enough, the process from viewing the car to the purchasing was fantastic so thank you. I had a small issue with the car in terms of a software update being needed, and Ethan organised for Andrew the mobile Tech to come out to my property and again, what great service, thanks Andrew for your work sorting out the issue and for being prompt with both communications and work on the car.
