Through no fault of the dealer, the customer experience was not what they would usually deliver due to the cover-19 situation. However, everything was professional. All questions were always answered super fast, and when I pointed out a small issue they resolved it fast and without me feeling like I was being a pain for asking. Thanks guys!
Oh, and the car is fantastic!

Just purchased a new 812 although it did take two years to arrive,

I was kept informed by Jonathon Ramsey on the arrival, who was an

The hand over was handled by Craig Coe, who did an excellent
Job, very professional and knowledgeable.. Both people followed up

Only one small observation:
I had 4 new tyres fitted. New balancing weights were fitted and the old ones removed. I would have liked the black “sticky stuff” from the old weights cleaned off. This was left in place and makes the wheels look a bit unsightly. I will now have to struggle and do this myself - any clues as to what I should use?

Outstanding service at Sytner Nottingham
Huge thanks to Stephen Barradell for making this a seamless experience. The process of buying a car, after the fun bit (the test drive), can be lengthy & tedious. Stephen was brilliant every step of the way, & friendly & informative throughout. If it’s a BMW you are after, I absolutely recommend Sytner Nottingham.

Can't really rate my Ferrari service…
Can't really rate my Ferrari service experience at Graypaul high enough. Everything worked out absolutely perfectly. I was kept informed every step of the way and the delivery driver (Dave) - is such a petrolhead himself - and takes meticulous care of your every need. As you'd expect I guess when it's your prized possession he's dealing with.
I will be back next year, without a shadow - to get my next service done - with, I feel sure, the same level of attention to detail as in 2019.
