Terrible experience at Huddersfield Audi. my car showed a fault like and was diagnosed as the driver select mechanism in the gearbox was faulty. They allegedly repaired this to the time of £900! upon driving the car away there was a huge cluncking and rattle noise retuned to Audi who said nothing wrong it’s “backlash”. Never heard of this and my car is sounding worse than when I dropped it off with them. Not happy I do not believe they have fixed the original fault properly and if they have they have produced another fault. Stay clear of this dealership not up to Audi standards. official complaint lodged with Audi uk.

Bought online - delivered to the door.
My wife and I recently purchased an Approved Used Audi A6 e-tron Avant from Huddersfield Audi, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
Our sales representative, Jonathan, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. As we live in Scotland, the whole transaction was completed remotely, but Jonathan made the process incredibly straightforward and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout every stage of the purchase.
The car was delivered to us exactly as described and presented in fantastic condition. Buying a car without visiting the dealership in person can feel daunting, but Jonathan’s honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout.
We’re absolutely delighted with both the car and the service we received. A big thank you to Jonathan and the team at Huddersfield Audi for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. We would happily recommend them to anyone considering an Approved Used Audi purchase.

The level of professionalism and customer service is altroses.
Never have we been treated so badly by a car dealership.
I would recommend anyone contemplating buying an Audi or after sales use another dealership.

The customer service and handover
The customer service and handover we received from Sophia was excellent , as was Bradley when we first visited store. They both represented the store very well. The only negative point would be the overly complicated paperwork. The numbers provided were not easy to follow once you left the showroom. We understand that things have to be shown in a certain way for the store, but a more customer friendly versions would be helpful for the customer.

My car was in for its 3rd service &…
My car was in for its 3rd service & first MOT. I also asked for the car to be looked at as I thought it was much noisier than when I bought it 2 years ago, like a droning noise from the rear.
The service & MOT was done alongside a safety check but nothing was done about the noise from the car, I specifically asked for a mechanic to test drive the car & report hid findings, this never happened.I will now take it to an independent garage to be looked at.Very disappointed with Audi.

Friendly attentive and accommodating…
Friendly attentive and accommodating staff who treated me as a valued customer . Little touches like the coffee and drinks counter with a helpful member of staff there were nice. And a good deal on my trade in and new car. Very happy to arrange test drives of several cars and knowledgable about their products. A particular shout out for Jack Yeardley who looked after me and was very helpful.
