MOT timings
My car was booked in for a mot at 10:00 which should take 1 hour but in reality it was over 2 1/2 hours even though I said I was waiting at the garage.

A really poor experience
A really poor experience. I was booked in to have some work done, took the morning off work and did a 60 mile round trip. I was booked in at reception and sat in the waiting area. 2 hours later I was told that the part to do the work had not been received and the work could not be done!!! No further explanation. No attempt to keep me as a customer.
I shall be going elsewhere!

Poor service
In the last few years I have had several new Audi cars
Due for a change so rang Audi Llandudno, nobody available so took my details and promised to call me back
Nobody called me back after 6 hours so rang them again, chap unfortunately told me he was unable to deal with me and took my details again
Not really Audi standards of service and a repeat customer of 3 Audi cars and 1 Volkswagen lost

Absolute nightmare start to finish
Absolute nightmare start to finish. Bought a q3 which had major fault day2. They had it for 2 weeks saying a sensor fault. As soon as I got it back it came up with the same fault. The service and communication was awful. I’ve tried to buy something else, they are not interested. Now I see the car if back for sale. Poor person will have no idea of its history

Hi Jane, here at The point North Wales we pride ourselves on good customer service and we always put our customers first, I am sorry that the car that you bought from us developed a fault so quickly, I can reassure you that the issue has been rectified, although we cant always guarantee a car will not break down, we can guarantee a premier warranty that will ensure that your car is repaired free of charge within the warranty period, sometimes however the parts needed take a little time to get here, the car is now functioning perfectly and ready for its new home. Finally, someone to talk to at the dealership about service, not a centralised agent in a remote city.
I now have a phone number, a name and a face who I feel is looking after my vehicle when it's with you.
They listen- not operate from a script and they showed initiative in completing work, which I had booked for the future with the centralised system, but did not expect done on this occasion when the vehicle had to be recovered to you.
