After having some bad experience with main dealerships-it has been a pleasure to deal with Porsche Leicester.The reception staff,the sales team (Tim in particular) and Nathan in the finance team were great-nothing was too much trouble and communication was spot on.I’ll be back soon!

I have dealt with Tim for a long time and always found him very professional and helpful. The service and back up from him is great. I don't live near but its worth travelling the distance to Leicester for the buying experience and to feel welcome , which isn't always the case at other Porsche dealers

Great service from Timothy Hill at Porsche Leicester with the purchase of my 911 GT3. This is my 3rd Porsche and by far the very best experience from any dealership in the UK. From start to finish Tim was professional and went the extra mile to ensure the experience was exceptional and personal even with a picture of my new car in a presentation box-nice touch! His attention to detail was above and beyond and I personally would like to thank him for this throughout the purchase. I am a 2.5 hours drive away from the dealership and happy to make the trip from Hull to Leicester for my servicing and maintenance work. The whole team at Porsche Leicester where welcoming on our arrival and I would recommend them if you are looking for a new or pre owned Porsche!

I have been pleased to deal with Porsche Centre Leicester now since 2012. Since then I have been lucky enough to purchase several new and used cars through them. I have also sold several cars back to them, and have been in for servicing work on numerous occasions.
Each and every time I have been warmly greeted and thoroughly looked after.
When buying I have never felt pressured, instead just honest advice and all the time in the world to discuss, ponder and decide.
When selling I have been treated extremely well, without the usual nonsense from many dealers.
I am prompted to write a review today due to the exceptional level of service when bringing a car in for service this morning. Greeted warmly on arrival by the reception team, excellent handover of the car with Rebecca who explained all I needed to know about the work being carried out, and details of the loan vehicle, which was presented immaculately. Before leaving I was spotted by Steve, the dealer principal who joined me for a coffee and a catch up. To top it off, as I was about to set off, Dave, the parts manager, who I have often spoken to, but never met, came out to introduce himself in person.
Old school service but totally up to date procedures. Really impressed.

Well where do I start, I was introduced to Porsche Leicester around 2 years ago, and I can honestly say it was a breath of fresh air for me to deal with a dealership so eager to meet my needs.
Porsche Leicester and its team from sales, marketing, servicing, finance, and aftercare have been amazing.
We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door.
Since being introduced to Porsche Leicester we have already purchased numerous cars and have more on order, each experience has been unique and memorable.
I would like to thank Alex in Sales for all his efforts in going above and beyond, to deal with not only the car but in assisting with making our experiences so special, Nathan for his assistance is organising the Finance, and always thoroughly making sure the right finance fits the car we are buying, the service team for making sure everything is running smoothly, Callum for keeping us involved with Porsche events and the community, and Matt for overseeing everything and always making sure all our needs are being dealt with.
With everything said above, we really do feel almost like part of the team at Porsche Leicester and I look forward to our future with the brand and the dealership.

Having finally received my Bosxter GTS after a long wait, I can say that Porsche Leicester were professional and friendly to deal with. I received regular communications and invites to dealership events to keep me excited about my car. Having received the car, it did develop a minor fault rather early on. I was able to book it in straight away with the dealership, who provided me with a 911 as a courtesy car while mine was looked at. The issue was resolved under warranty and I was kept abreast of the problem, next steps and timeline involved. The experience was in line my expectations of the Porsche brand and my car will be going back to Leicester for all work and servicing

Just collected my fourth new car from Porsche Leicester excellent service from enquiry to collection . Alex , Matt ,Nathan and the team are second to none . Would highly recommend for your next Porsche .

Waited 12 months for Sytner Leicester to address a warranty item on a new 911 Targa 4S, finally took my case to the Motoring Ombudsman who ruled in my favour and mandated Sytner Group T/A Porsche GB to rectify the fault …this was 2 weeks ago..still waiting for a response.

Will now pursue a money claim in the small claims court…..

Never ever buy a vehicle from Porsche Leicester nor use them to carry out any work for you. I have had by far the worst experience in over 35 years with the Porsche, Leicester dealership. Even by elevating the issue to the dealer principle, Steve Dickenson, nothing has been done to get me to a amicable resolution. Ive now reached out to Porsche UK, Porsche Germany, The Motor Ombudsman, The Financial Ombudsman and several senior figures within the Sytner Group in the hope one of them can actually support and help. I am now at my wits end with my mental health and overall well-being now seriously affected by the disgraceful service and customer care by this Porsche, Leicester dealership unable to provide me with a vehicle of acceptable Quality and reliability.

In summary - Having supplied the vehicle, which had clearly been neglected by the previous owner and subjected to a hard-life, in a poor state that they insisted met Porsche standards, I have now been back and forth on several occasions. The remedial work carried out by both Porsche Leicester and Porsche Solihull was a disgrace and of appalling Quality, the car developed a fault which was not accepted by the dealership, the attitude and unprofessionalism of their Aftersales Manager (Matt), the Dealer Principal Steve Dickensen has been utter lamentable and a disgrace to the dealership, the Sytner Group and the Porsche brand overall.

I have seen many other complaints about the Leicester Porsche dealership on various websites and forums and I have spoken to several Porsche owners club members that also told me of their terrible personal experiences with the Porsche, Leicester team so my issues and concerns are not merely a one off and further highlight leadership and quality issues at this dealership that need change and urgent resolution before the Porsche brand is irreparably impacted.

Very apprehensive to leave such a review but it is with brute regret and honesty I have to share the awful service I have received at Porsche Leicester. After having acquired our second Macan in the family from Porsche Swindon, within the space of a week because what a fantastic car, approx 18 months ago, lovely vehicle, lovely after care from themselves and I purchased the additional Porsche Assist, extended warranty which would cover the vehicle of all faults exc wear and tear of course. Today after having dealt with directly with Shaun Harris, Main workshop controller and newly employed service Contact Daniel Duffield. They tried to invalidate my warranty for the second time this year hence I am opening up about the distress and even loss of work caused. They demanded should I not pick up my car with immediacy on said day, I would be subject to paying for my courtesy (as part of warranty whilst vehicle undergoes checks) right away as the part that falls directly part of the Main Car Block is not a 'repair under warranty as it is not a manufacturing defect with a component.' Guys in here acting like they are doing you favours by attending to your vehicle sales or queries/issues with such a poor attitude via email, in person and over the phone.

I can genuinely say what an awful experience after my vehicle went in via direct recovery where AA Technician even presumed right away roadside for a whining noise that usually succumbs from A Wheel Bearing or Diff Component , Porsche Leicester they attempted to quote me a repair of 2687.14 for replacement of both front Drive Shafts. Misdiagnosing the problem altogether as now two regional Porsche specialists, directed me to the small fault of a bearing issue and that they've had the same feedback from several customers who attend them having been given a misquotation for a fault that isn't even present! Adamant they were to grill me in saying these are parts non-coverable by a comprehensive warranty as such as Porsche's.

They resulted in intensively grilling me to say the vehicle wouldn't be released without a £234 1 Hour diagnosis charge for the car to be looked at and diagnosed (ALL WHILST UNDER PORSCHE WARRANTY). After which I argued my case to say I would not be paying and to release my vehicle. Only for me to find out how many cases alike they have been misdiagnosing to customers who haven't a slight clue about the internal components or the underbody of a Car. Fuming to say the least and unacceptable. Can assume so easily they've a bunch of inexperienced Level 1 and 2 cowboy mechanics back there misdiagnosing cars just so they can RIP OFF a few customers for massive false repairs. Porsche Swindon have verified in the past, always helpful, non wear & tear parts are always covered under warranty which as a customer you pay in the region of 3-4k just to have peace of mind for your dream car to be comprehensively covered in case of any mechanical fault that isn't predetermined by Wear & Tear!

Got a family member in short future putting an order in for a new Panamera that was 6-9 months wait but sure as F*** won't be this branch.

Atrocious individuals at this branch, non reflective of several genuine bodies in there i'm sure trying to do honest work. And to top that off, I received the car back today after Christmas Holiday period with a Right Cornering Light Fault that wasn't present when the car even went in! How I got the car back is another JOKE. Covered in muck with no range in the fuel left when Porsche Swindon out of courtesy always give the car back with some range and a tiny little valet which you almost presume with such a luxury car! Even at this Leicester branch was a lovely chap called Jack in the Service department who left the company not long ago i'm sure for another local dealership (might be reflective!) These guys here fobbing people off, because they think customer business is abundant, not the way!

From the minute you walk into the showroom to the minute you drive out in your new car you are treated like royalty. Fantastic customer service experience, no hard sell just help and relaxing environment.
Particular thanks to Alex the sales rep who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when the time comes to change the car.

Jack Britton in the Service department has consistently shot the lights out in every respect. He deserves recognition for his contribution in developing strong customer loyalty to Porsche Leicester.

Contacted my local Porsche Dealer in Nottingham due to an exhaust rattle on my 911 GTS. Car is covered with Porsche Warrant. Service advisor was not interested and informed me that the next available service slot was 24th Nov 2021 (8 weeks). When I explained that 8 weeks was not really acceptable she suggested calling out the Porsche roadside assistance if it had broken down. I had already explained that the car was still working, so instead she suggested I try Porsche Sheffield or Leicester which left me disappointed and angry. I called Porsche Leicester the next day and the help and assistance was like light and day when compared to Nottingham. The car was subsequently booked in and all sorted inside one week. The Leicester team were perfect with follow up calls etc. I will never step inside Porsche Nottingham again...
