Good experience with v helpful and obliging staff even though i was enquiring about my charging port a few days before my service (i.e. I could have waited). The approach was a positive one sorting out the problem so that it is reviewed again when serviced

The Service was carried out efficiently and timely.
It was nice to have a courtesy car and have my car cleaned prior to collection.

So it took 5 months to get my car back…
So it took 5 months to get my car back that was not down to Synter but Porsche Germany. However I had to ask for a courtesy car and all the way through until the final week I had to constantly chase to find out progress. It’s a shame as my other experience have been positive.

If Carlsberg did car services...
I had a great experience throughout my service. Pre service call to arrange was excellent with Nicola Spencer where she did all she could to help organise the day and the car loan.
On the day Maisie Bowkett helped me throughout and was excellent. The loan car was superb and immaculately clean.
I even picked the car up early, as they knew I was travelling back to London.
A great experience from start to finish.

Great Service
The whole experience was very pleasant. I felt like a valued customer and thoroughly enjoyed being there. The work carried out on my car was excellent and amazing value. Jan was exceptionally helpful and I was always treated and looked after as soon as I arrived at the showroom.

Experience ... in a league of their own!
Just before a weekend getaway, my Cayenne hit me with the dreaded engine management light. At all other Dealerships/Garages, that would mean a two-week wait—but not at Porsche Solihull.
Maisie somehow managed to fit me in for diagnostics first thing Saturday morning, how thoughtful of her! Absolute gem! She’s a true asset to the dealership. Ellie was also brilliant—calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful throughout.
The fault was diagnosed and resolved swiftly, and we were back on the road in time for our trip. Huge thanks to Maisie, Ellie, and the dream team, including Tony Singh.
It’s experiences like this that truly shape where you choose to go for your next purchase.
10/10 service all day long!
