Great Service and Easy to Deal With
I have dealt with this garage for many years and always found them to be attentive and professional in their approach, this is now my 9th Mini from them and i am extremally please with the level of service and the accuracy of the timing of my new car, even down to my number plate including my initials !
I have recommended them to 2 friends who were looking to trade in their minis and were successful in a new purchase with a part exchange.
Overall, very nice people to deal with and the young lady who operates the service part of the business is a pleasure to deal with when the time comes around for servicing or any issues.

Sytner BMW/MINI in Chigwell
Sytner BMW/MINI in Chigwell. I have to say dealing with them has made me never want to buy another BMW or MINI. The service is OK and staff try to be helpful but the Hourly rate of £190 is disgraceful. I get that all businesses are there to make money but you can be sure their mechanics are on no more than £20 per hour and it is just extortionate to charge £190 per hour.
BMW now design cars that a lot of things need to go to the main dealer. We have just had a part costing £350 fitted and been charged just under £2000.
My father in law had his BMW repaired there too. Replacing the handbrake cable cost £2800 again mostly labour.
I will not be buying another car made by BMW and certainly wont be ever going back to Sytner.

SYTNER MOHAMMED LOUGHTON disappointing and appalling EXPERIENCE

Been a customer of Merc Benz for many a year sadly they sold the above unit to Sytner Group. I pay for a service contract and an extended warranty wow what terrible service from the above over 5weeks to wait for an appt and then dropped vehicle off yesterday morning at just after 9am they didn’t look at my Vehicle until after 3pm and asked for an additional day due to being 2 technicians down and the remaining 3 doing 3 vehicles at one time. I arrived to be given a estimate of £663 to replace an auxiliary battery costing £275 I was told despite this being the 3rd Auxillary battery needed in 8 years that it was no longer covered under the extended warranty where the previous were.Just had to chase Mohammed because he didn’t call by 2pm as promised again declined by Extended Warranty Both SERVICE CONTRACT and EXTENDED WARRANTY now CANCELLED avoid this dealership

Amazing service & friendly staff
Everyone throughout the process were amazing and friendly. There was a small issue with the paintwork of the car and Rashid dealt with it amazingly, offering to come and collect my car (which was over an hour away) and give me a loan car whilst my car was being re-painted. Amazing customer service and I would happily buy a car from Sytner again.
