Getting a new car is a task I often loathe & put off for as long as I can.
However, on going to mini and dealing with Claire and Paige they made the whole experience so easy.
They didn’t give off those usual “car dealer vibes” and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered! They are both absolutely lovely and I would definitely go back to Mini Leicester if they both remain there! Great service and really love my new car

I’ve just purchased my third Mini from Sytner Leicester and I’ve used Sytner for the servicing of all of my cars. This time was the purchase of a brand new car. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Kamila kept me regularly updated with regard to the delivery and handover of my new car. Most of the paperwork was completed in advance of collection which made the handover an exciting and stress free experience.

We purchased our new JCW mini cooper from the Leicester Branch and the whole process from start to finish was superb!! Chelsea made us both feel so comfortable, no question was to much. She was very knowledgeable, such a peoples person. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional. Georgia who dealt with the Finance side of things was again superb so friendly and bubbly and helpful in fact both of them were so lovely we both really looked forward to seeing them both on the collection day. The whole experience was excellent from the moment we first spoke with Emerald through to vehicle handover and follow up. There was no “pressure selling”, just facts and suggestions of vehicles available within the Group.
Would certainly recommend.

During the purchase process I was looked after by the same 2 young ladies from initial enquiry to driving a new car out of the showroom. The ladies in question were knowledgeable, professional, personable and flexible. The whole team within Sytner Leicester MINI was a credit to the Brand they represent. In summary, the experience could not have been better.

This is very much a good/bad review and experience from a large reputable dealership when buying a brand new car.

The sales process for buying a car was very good, with quick responses to questions, a good selection of cars to test drive or look over, all you need to make your decision, it was one of my better dealership involvements over many years of buying cars.

Collection day was a different matter and this is where I felt the whole feelgood experience fell apart. The car was to have a small repair made then a full detail and finish beforehand. I checked prior to travelling approx 1hr that it was all complete, which I was told it was and a video sent to me, but on arrival the standard of finish was poor.

Clearly no one made a proper check of the car, yes it was mainly clean but small details were overlooked. It has to be re-polished in places to take out scratches and marks etc. Parts ordered were incomplete so accessories couldn't be fitted and the repair finished poorly on closer inspection. I was there for 4 hours for a normal 30min handover.

I would have, at that stage, walked away from the car as it hadn't been fully registered to me. Price is no guarantee of quality but, unlike other dealerships I've used in the past, the dealership manager didn't hide away in his office, he came out and spent time trying to sort things. It couldn't all be sorted on the day, but assurances were made, with some going beyond what I was expecting.

It's not all resolved yet however, hence the 3 stars, so the next week or so will be key for me as to whether I keep the car, use them again or recommend them in the future.
