It was the first time I booked the service at Sytner in Nottingham. I had always taken my car to Sytner in Leicester.
I am very happy with the service I received from Sytner Nottingham. Hayley is such a lovely person to deal with. She kept me informed about the progress of the work that was being done on my car. Part of the free visual check, the technician identified a couple of other things that needed attention. Hayley very kindly arranged the replacements of those other parts, on top of the original work that was booked for that day. One of the parts did not arrive on time, so they could not complete the work on the same day. Before Hayley gave me the update, she had arranged a courtesy car to be available for me.
I am very grateful to Hayley and the Service Team for looking after me and my car.
The ladies at the reception are also lovely. Thank you for making me hot drinks whilst I was waiting there.
Finally, thank you to Rosario at the Booking Team, for taking the time to arrange the appoinment for me during this busy season.

Poor customer service.
The service of the vehicle and video provided by the technician was good. Unfortunately the customer service standard has got worse. 90 min express service took nearly 3 hours, no one updated me why there was a delay, I only received a text to say my car was going for a wash. The request for payment was also sent by text. The only time I saw my agent was hand back my key, again no apology for the delay.

Smooth arrangements from start to finish. Estimate for the repair of my vehicle dealt with promptly. Arrangements for the courtesy car sorted efficiently and the repair completed on time and to a great standard. Throughout the process the staff were helpful, understanding and informative.

I recently had my car serviced here, and while I paid £500 for a main dealer experience, the attention to detail was lacking. When I picked up the vehicle, the service indicator message on the BMW Idrive hadn't been reset. I had to make an extra trip back to the dealership specifically to address this, which was both inconvenient and disappointing for a premium service. I would expect a main dealer to follow through on basic protocols like this

Problem still not sorted after having the car for a week, got it back and still same issue, communication is awful , got told would get a call today , left a message and still no call back, too much to list but not very happy at all , on the plus side when I did get communication mei e was great!!

Most recently, I had my vehicle serviced on 14 July, with the appointment conveniently booked through the app. Once again, I was extremely satisfied with the support I received.

Welcoming staff ….
The service department staff were welcoming and efficient. When the car is left with them all day, there’s a tendency to start service work very late in the day. This can result in the need to order spare parts and a request to either leave the vehicle overnight or come back another day.

Awesome Services Provided
My car was in to bmw sytner Nottingham for a front right wheel bearing replacement, 4 New Tyres Fitment, and wheels alignment. them done the jobs successfully but unfortunately the tires fitting techniciansxhave damage all my wheels . Bmw Nottingham promised to fix all my wheels.I think they will keep the promise done to me.
Mistakes happening but overall 9 out of ten my feedback.

Excellent personal service.
As always the service at BMW Nottingham is faultless. Upon arrival Niamh put me at ease and quickly registered my vehicle. Further more when I told her the car was fitted with Ghost Security she was aware and took the appropriate action. Collection later that day went smoothly. Can’t really say much more except Thank you.

Highly professional and efficient dealership
Appt easy to book direct with BMW Sytner, easier than the official BMW app which is somewhat clunky.
Sytner staff are always polite, professional, well dressed and helpful. The showroom is clean and modern with drinks and snacks always available. The workshop is clean and efficiently run. The health check videos are comprehensive, any faults are graded with quotes provided when work is considered a priority to action. Sytner will call customers who are on their loyalty program offering valuations or discounts on parts. Overall an excellent dealership.

Excellent communication, very polite staff, I stayed and waited while my vehicle was serviced, nothing was too much trouble from somewhere for me to work on my laptop to a plentiful supply of coffee. I was kept up-to date with any work required on the car. A great experience all round.
