WORTH THE LONG JOURNEY
Very few minis with the desired spec locally so decided to try Nottingham - 65 miles away. Obviously called first to check still available etc.
Very happy with the deal and lack of high pressure sales talk, so the journey worth it. Highly recommended

I would absolutely recommend
I would absolutely recommend this garage, excellent customer service, really happy with the deal. The handover of the car which was parked up in a lovely garage area was fabulous. Mathew made the whole experience completely hassle free.
I’ve dealt with numerous car garages in the past from Mercedes to Skoda with the whole range of experiences from excellent to terrible and this experience has been one of the best I’ve had. Well done!!!

Never again
We did not have a very good experience at sytner Nottingham. We did buy the car eventually as we were quite exhausted.
First of all we were required to put in £500 deposit for them to get the car from Haroldwood Sytner
I was not told that we we had to get our own insurance before driving off the new car. As a result we really struggled with very poor internet connection to sort out the insurance.
I was sent the documents to sign prior to going to Nottingham with I did and completed all the paper work.
We had to re do all of them again on the day as I was told that there was a system failure.
It would have been professional if there was good communication and we were told what to do before going there such as the insurance cover. We have owned Mercedes, Audi and Jaguar in the past and all of them gave us insurance cover to come home. After struggling for hours they decided to help us het an insurance cover via mini.We were there for more than 5 hours.
At the end we were told that we couldn’t change the price plan and that it was causing inconvenience. And that we cannot use the credit card which was communicated to them before that that and we were not told we can’t. Eventually they agreed to let me pay with the credit card after moaning that they have to fork out £200 because we are using the credit card
All in all a very poor service!
We felt that we were being a nuisance to the staff there.

Buying a new mini
I find that i always gave a good experience when buying a car from Sytner Mini Nottingham.
It adds to the whole experience, when the salesperson remembers who you are, after over two years when buying your previous car.
I feel that I am always looked after well, the person who dealt with my purchase, is professional, but friendly and helpful, he contacted me regularly, to let me know how the process was developing and ensured that the whole sale was as stress free as possible.

Unorganised and lack of commitment
Customer service was lovely when I was at the store. However, 2 weeks ago I phoned them to cancel my order, as I failed to meet their finance company requirements. Still awaiting for my deposit back. I've phone them about three times to ask for my money back and still haven't received anything, even though they got my details and said that the transfer would be done last week.

Another reason not to go back
My car went in for some work, NOT relating to the tyres or a general check on the car. Despite the inside of the door stating the correct tyre pressures for my vehicle Sytner decided to remove 10psi from the front tyres and 7psi from the back! Why?! No wonder you advise customers to change tyres, it is because they wear town quicker due to under inflation. Disgusting and wrong. It is only because my car felt odd to drive home did I notice this and I checked the vehicle status in the car.

Poor
Lots of mix ups with our order. Passed from pillar to post amongst sales people. Wrongly registered and poor follow up following this. Not very good from start to finish which is a shame as the mini itself is wonderful.

Purchase of a Mini Clubman
We were interested in buying a new mini clubman and decided to visit the nearest dealer. We were greeted in the showroom by a salesman who showed us the different models, and explained the differences very clearly and put us under no pressure to buy. He then organised a test drive at a convenient time for us. We decided to buy and the sale was arranged very professionally ; the car and all the paperwork were ready at the stated day and time.
