Incompetent management …
Saw a black Mini Cooper S on the main car floor. Booked a test drive and decided to buy. Sorted part exchange and Arranged collection for a few days later and deposit paid
So excited with my purchase
Arrived home and received a call from Kyle. Apparently the mini had been purchased by someone else the day before! Not remove from the floor court or online- so I had been test driving someone else’s car!!
They apologised and said a manager had made a mistake
Very unprofessional and obviously incompetent
So glad I hadn’t bought that vehicle to find people were test driving it
Lucky escape and a company to avoid!!

Great service and an excellent buying experience. Qasim answered all my questions and picked me up from the station so I could do a test drive. Car is just what I was looking for and he and Jonathan then helped get the paperwork sorted on the day despite the computer system not working perfectly. Thank you and for anyone looking for a used car you should definitely talk to the Sytner Select Wakefield team.

Stealing £99
The dealer took the £99 reservation fee, the car was transferred to Bristol where I bought it as agreed, but the £99 was never refunded. I'm submitting a complaint with FOS and the FCA.

Billy B.,this guy was so good at customer service. He was so good from the reservation of my car to collection. Called me to check if all was well ans what he could do to make my coming worthwhile. I was so impressed that my brother immediately decided to buy another car from Billy. Top Notch service I must say. I will recommend to. Call Billy anyday anytime. He gave me a V. I. P. Worst Customer Service I have ever…
Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Everything is all lovey dovey up to the point they take your money, but god help you if the car develops a major fault in the first 3 months. Don't bother reading their "Customer Charter", it's just waffle and they don't stand by it. The gearbox in my car (BMW X2 less than 50,000 miles) developed a fault that means it needs to be replaced at a cost (which should be paid by Sytner Select Wakefield) exceeding £8k. Regardless of what their Customer Charter or the consumer rights act 2015 says with regards to faults in the first 3 months. Currently they have my money, my car and I am unable to commute to work as no alternative has been offered. I am now exploring with the finance company to reject the vehicle. I will never buy another car from them and can't wait for this whole experience to be over with. It is now going to take the finance company another 8 weeks to come to a conclusion on this. Absolutely disgusting. If anyone from Sytner Select Wakefield is reading this, try not ghosting a customer you've left stranded and dependant on other people just to get around.
