Rude and disrespectful
Went to the dealership today after having a phone conversation with ray from the sales team explaining that I was looking to part exchange my vehicle and whether they could give me a part exchange value on my vehicle on the day which she stated she could and did so with a low offer. The way she came across was rude and her mannerisms were also rude due to her chewing gum and leaning back in her chair, after stating to her that myself and my partner needed to talk to each other about the deal. She returned with another member of staff using sales tactics of intimidation by bringing this other member of the sales team and belittling me by questioning my level of intelligence.
My overall experience of the dealership was poor and the sales team needs some training in customer relations. Would not recommend! .
