I would like to thank Mark sutcliffe from rybrook bmw Shrewsbury. Mark was fantastic from the initial phone call to the handover. We have never bought a car with such ease. Also thanks to Jon Leonard for arranging a great price for our part exchange. I will definitely be using Rybrook again to purchase any future cars.

Shoddy service department at Rybrook Mini Wolverhampton. I would not trust them to clean a car, let alone service one.
I bought them nearly a grands worth of business & all they could do was scrape my alloy wheel. Not even an offer to repair it after I reported it. Incompetent that the car was booked in for a mop & polish by the Smart Repair guy & I pick up a car with a scuffed alloy.
They also damaged my roof trim on first time I took my car there. I think they're looking for extra work by causing damage.
I wish I'd tried Mini in Oldbury.
They had the nerve to ask if I'll bring my car to them for its next service - NOT a chance!

The worst customer service and aftercare I have experienced. Car leased with faulty brakes in Jan 21, reported 4 days into contract. Fault dismissed as 'characteristic' - I have had to live with a horrendous screeching noise for 10 months until finally, BMWFS supported my claim for new brake pads and disks in October 21.

On a side note, BMW Knights repaired the brakes and they now appear to be fixed. Therefore, my advice is unless BMW Rybrook sort themselves out, if you want a BMW and you are based in Shrewsbury, make the journey to Knights Stoke.

Booked an appointment to test drive a car, arrived and the car was in a locked garage, up on ramps, got told I could look round the car but kind of pointless when the wheels are at head height and the sales person can’t use the ramps to lower it down. Overall a complete waste of 3 hours

Great service from Chelsea in the service department. Great courtesy car and my car was given a valet before being handed back.

I contacted Rybrook following an accident which left the bodywork on my car in need of major repair. I was put in touch with Jake in the body shop who arranged everything for me, he even kindly brought a courtesy car over to Telford for me to save me having to drive to Shrewsbury.

The final repair was faultless, car looked brand new!

Completely shocked at lack of professionalism and the most basic level of customer service when we collected our car. This was our 4th visit following a technical issue; we returned courtesy vehicle in pristine condition and had expected the same in return. Our vehicle looked dusty, no valet inside and scuff mark to front bumper. Staff member seemed unconcerned.
BMW Rybrook - your customers deserve better. Why not make every experience a positive one?

Bought a mini clubman from Bryony here just over 3 years ago on a 4 year PCP. Came with a one year warranty. I’ve always had the car serviced properly at main dealers but after the warranty expired I’ve had nothing but trouble including a snapped timing chain. Must have spent over £4K in keeping the car in the road over and above servicing. I will never buy a mini or a BMW product again. Appalling

Initial contact with the dealership was very good with very responsive sales person. After that it seems to go downhill,upon purchase of the car I didn't even get a handover to the vehicle- shown the controls etc. The valet of the car was very poor also and communication to myself (the customer) is abysmal. You get the feeling you are just too much trouble once you have bought the vehicle.

Excellent Service today with Kyle! Great guy 10 out of 10 all round! Can’t wait to drive my new mini!
