We love Mini and always get a great customer experience at Sytner Solihull. People there are friendly and always ready to help. We think about other dealers but always go back to Sytner. Hence our third Mini from there.

I’m absolutely over the moon to take delivery of my new Classic Mini on 27th May 2022. Since having a Spinal stroke in Mch 2020, I never thought I could drive a car again. After intense physiotherapy I learnt to walk and I’m now on crutches.
When I contacted and had an appointment with SW @ Sytner Solihull, I was thrilled that I could obtain a Mini through the Mobility scheme. Plus, I could drive a normal automatic car without any adjustments.
The time and support gave me during the 7 months wait for the car to arrive was impeccable. Sophie always updated me, where appropriate and ensuring all my needs and spec of the car was taken into account.
I feel life I have a new lease of life and I can’t thank you enough for your service.

We recently brought a car from styner BMW Solihull and had a great experience. Was met and made to feel welcome straight away by Lisa who was a lovely women, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and delt with on time. To be honest some of the other car dealers we have delt with always seemed to try and force you into things and sell you things you do not need and come across very false and just want your money but Lisa was very genuine and just made everything easy. We couldn’t have been more happy with the service and she even phoned up after the sale to make sure we were happy with everything which was a first as with most dealers once you have brought the car you don’t hear off them again so that shows just how genuine she was. So if you are looking to buy a car from here ask for Lisa as she made the experience of buying our car so much easier. Thanks Lisa from Kerry and Damion.

Handed my car to Sytner Solihull for service and vehicle inspection on 11/04/2022. I am still without my car for the 6th day now! They had damaged my car and refuse to put it right, claiming the damage was caused by the previous service. There's been a series of failures in this entire process! I have sent several emails to the management to resolve this matter without any luck. This has caused so much distress to me and my family. Wish there was an option to put a negative star rating!
