I’ve used Sytner MINI Stevenage before, and once again Oliver provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and kept everything moving promptly from start to finish. Exceptional service
Everyone at the service centre is friendly and welcoming. Lovely waiting area and nice to be able to see the workshop which is very spacious and always looks tidy and clean. Ollie is always welcoming and friendly and goes out of his way to help

Waiting too long
I had a 0900 waiting appointment. The car did not move for 0.5hrs. I could see the car which sat untouched for most of the 3hrs I waited for brake fluid change and mot. I feel the time I waited was excessive for the work completed.

It was a straightforward purchase carried out remotely. Declan provided great feedback about the car, their service, and how we proceeded with the purchase. All options were made clear but nothing was pushy. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I'd have no hesitation recommending Declan, and the dealership.

Sent in 5 requests to sytner Stevenage bmw and no one from the dealership has responded what an ignorant unprofessional dealership !
29 days later I get a response!! But still not had my pcp request and still bmw customer services can’t get you to respond either. Sent in two e mails as requested but guess what no reply totally ignorant!! Avoid sytner Stevenage
Still no response after 72 hours !!
A week later and still no response!! They have to be the most ignorant site in the uk !!

Faye & Paul - Customer Service & Problem Solving
Faye was extremely welcoming and helpful. Was empathetic and apologetic when I advised that a query I had emailed in had not been dealt with. Faye then took ownership of the problem and sought to solve it there and then, which she did.
In addition, Paul (chief Technician) was also amazing in dealing with and resolving the issue that Faye had brought to his attention.

I attended the workshop to get my rear…
I attended the workshop to get my rear brake pads replaced as they were below 1.5 mm. The entire team was amazing especially Oli. They were full of warmth and hospitality. I was dropped off at my work place by a courtesy car and was regularly updated about the progress and informed when the car was ready for collection. I had similar experiences in the past as well.

Great Service
I would highly recommend Sytner in Stevenage. I would particularly thank Derek who guided us through the options available. Derek was knowledgeable , thoroughly professional , prompt and responsive . Others to mention were Thierry and Michael who provided excellent care . Overall a great experience .
