Service and warranty repairs.
I had my car serviced, and had work carried out under a warranty. Both were done very well, and I was kept advised of the work done, as the parts were awaiting delivery. I was offered a courtesy car while the parts were due. All in all a very positive experience. Well done to all.

Bought a used X1 with a trade-in
Bought a used X1 with a trade-in. Attentive service from the sales team especially Sam who was the main contact. A few minor issues with the process but these were all rectified satisfactorily. Overall a good experience.

Excellent car service
The car was serviced and this was extended by a day which meant it would be with you for the weekend, however then we were told that it could be collected on Saturday morning, which was really good news.

Very happy with the efficiency of the Service team. My car broke down and I arrived unexpectedly at Sytner and asked for help which was duly provided, including the provision of a courtesy car and later a hire car. The part required was on long lead time and with it being Christmas it was going to exasperate the time my car was on the road. I was particularly satisfied with Stephen’s efforts all round. I always receive high quality service at Sytner Stevenage. Good job!

Simply the best
When we got to the dealership we meet Dereck who was very polite made us both a coffee and took us threw the signing stages made us feel very welcome and Dereck will b the reason I will be back for my next new car then Thierry show me all the gadgets on the car he was polite funny and knows what he’s doing and Chris I only spoken to on the phone and again very polite and easy to talk to in all you have an excellent team

I’ve had 2 experiences very close…
I’ve had 2 experiences very close together. One is really fast and good at replying and sorting the issue, the other person has booked me in, and then not ever made contact after that, and I was lucky I guessed correctly my car was ready….. 3 hours after it was actually ready. 50/50

Watch out for these cowboys when buying…
Watch out for these cowboys when buying parts online. They illegally charge a restocking fee which is not allowed for items bought online. Worse still, they promised they would issue a full refund on this occasion only for me to return them and them not issue a full refund. Dishonest, illegal practice from a BMW main dealer. Disgusting- formal complaint raised and reported to trading standards.
