Friendly, informative and patient service. No hard sale and staff are very knowledgeable.
The showroom was inviting and modern. Nikki made sure we were comfortable and we had a hot drink made for us. We were able to take our time to browse the cars in the showroom. Every question we asked was answered confidently. Nikki was very knowledgable. We didn’t feel pressured into a sale this gave us the confidence to know our custom was valued. After ordering we were kept updated with video messages and emails. We could also monitor progress online. Handover was efficient and everything we needed to know was explained. We are so happy with our car and the ongoing support we are receiving.

Thank you to Sytner MINI Stevenage, especially Matthew Squires, who took over responsibility for my order from a previous member of staff, sending me a video introduction to himself. On the day of handover of my new Mini, Scott concluded the process with meticulous handover, including thorough introduction to the car controls etc. I’d also like to thank the lovely lady who welcomed us with fresh coffees too. Matt kept me updated regularly by phone and email re progress of my order, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Sytner MINI Stevenage to buy another mini in the future, their customer service has been excellent.

The friendliness and professionalism of all the people working at Sytner Stevenage, particularly Nikki and Charlie who made the purchase of my new mini easy and effortless. I came in not expecting to be able to be able to go from my Mini Cooper back into another countryman and at first it seemed almost impossible but they both pulled it out of the hat and with a few tweaks I’m now in my 5th mini and absolutely love it .
