Great service from Thomas Quinn
Thomas Quinn was very professional with helping me buy my new Audi A1, sorted the pick up date as quick as possible due to the car not having a reg plate at the time. When collected noticed minor scratches but Thomas fit me in and sorted them out.
Only minor issues with staff communication, when dropping my car off I explained there were two scratches on each of the doors and this was not communicated to others which meant only meant one was fixed. And a slight scratch on my spare key which was given in on the day.
Overall would recommend and definitely suggest Thomas for any friends and family.

Collection day for my new Audi a3…
Collection day for my new Audi a3 sportback.
Whole process from start to finish was great. Only when I was presented the cars, things were not so great.
The condition on my new car was not what I expected for a brand new car. The car had marks all over which looked like it came from packaging/stickers on the car and not being dried properly.
James, the sales manager, was notified and came up with a solution to fix the issues.

Excellent service
I had been scouring the UK for some weeks for a particular example of an Audi. I came across one such example at Wakefield Audi and with my wife met with Liam Connell in the franchise to discuss the possible purchase and the part exchange of my vehicle.
Car salesmen can have a sketchy reputation and for some it's deserved but from the first conversation that we had with Liam we knew we had met a professional who was most knowledgeable about the product, a good communicator and someone we felt comfortable dealing with in what can be a stressful experience.
There were a couple of minor glitches as the process evolved that Liam addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.
All the staff that we came into contact with on our three visits to Wakefield Audi were attentive, polite, helpful and greeted one with a smile.
Liam Connell is a credit to Wakefield Audi and we are really pleased with the purchase that we made and the way Liam made my wife and I feel at ease through out the process.
In today's world one rarely experiences excellent service, we did with Liam Connell.

Straightforward process
I was interested in the A6 e-tron Avant and went for a test drive with Louis in February. At that time I was not in a hurry and in the meantime I considered other options but eventually decided that would be my choice. I contacted Louis again and arranged to meet with a view to placing an order. However when we met there was a car in the showroom with the exact specification I was looking for. Rather than wait for a factory order I decided to take that car. Throughout the process Louis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He even insisted that we take our dog with us when we picked the car up a few days later. The whole process was straightforward and very easy.

Louis & Nicola - AMAZING!
I came to Audi only knowing the model I wanted and what colour car I didn’t want! Louis made the whole experience an absolute dream from contacting me from my initial enquiry to arranging a test drive, helping me find my perfect car and driving it away less than a week later! Nicola helped me arrange my finance and paperwork and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend using these guys (and girls!) enough, I never felt pressured at any point and it makes a huge difference dealing with people that speak to you like a human being and not a car selling robot. Thankyou so much for making the whole process as easy and exciting as it could be from start to finish.

From initial email enquiry to handover of the car, Louis was professional but friendly and extremely efficient. Even the complexities of the cars menus etc were explained in such a way that even an old duffer like me understood it! Lovely car, great service, very comfortable showroom and utterly professional service. Would certainly use again and will recommend to my colleagues. This is my 3rd Q7 and won't be my last!
