We had a very positive experience with the staff, who provided clear communication and timely updates throughout the process (14 August 2026), especially at the very beginning (14 August 2026). The team/staff/reception staff was friendly, professional, and highly efficient (27 August 2026), particularly in arranging a replacement car in time. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service provided.

I insured the new car and taxed it - only to loose our £30 reinsurring my old car again and cancelling the tax i ordered for the new vehicle. I also took the vehicle i was selling in to Audi so they could test drive it and work out the mileage ?
There was no solution available . i was asked to pay the difference or not have the car - no lets meet half way ..

Having brought from this Audi centre before the customer service has definitely declined.

The personal attention given to me and my car by Nitesh and his colleagues at the West London showroom/service location was excellent. I was also very happy with the approach to the servicing of the vehicle.

I have one criticism which concerns the severe difficulty is making telephone contact with your company. I couldn't get through by phone, or whats app which I used at your 'phone system's request, to make the booking. In the end I called by the branch when I had cause to drive past your West London location.

Similarly, when the car was with you. I wanted to discuss the video inspection report and discuss work options on the car. I couldn't get through by phone. I found a way of texting Nitesh which got a response and when he responded, in a short while, I found the discussion really helpful. I had tried to text another number which gave a 'dead line' type of response.

I believe you would be advised to engage a few more humans either at each branch or in a central or regional call centres. There seems a desire to use these type of systems which in my experience cause customer (my) aggravation and waste a lot of my time. The banks are awful for this having closed most of their branches. Your (new?) system in 2026, is probably the worst I have experienced.

I’m very happy with the recent experience buying a car from West London Audi. Rumtin was helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the right model and Stuart was efficient and arranged a good deal, including a part exchange on my current car.

Sam was very polite, attentive had read my comments on what was needing attention. On delivery.

On collection, Sam was efficient explaining what had been done.

I bought a car via emails and telephone calls as the car was 400 miles away. Communications were clear and negotiations smooth. My only negative is feeling rushed into taking delivery of the car to meet month end targets.

Upon entering the Audi showroom with the intention of merely browsing and assessing various options, I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere. Consequently, I found myself staying for several hours. Notably, I did not experience any pressure or coercion to make a purchase. Mr. Ben Mcclaskey served as my sales advisor.

Throughout my interactions, I encountered individuals who were consistently polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my needs, rather than solely focused on their sales objectives. As a result, I made the decision to purchase a car on the same day. However, I had to wait approximately 3.5 months for the delivery of my vehicle. Despite this delay, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and the results I have achieved.

The team exhibited exceptional knowledge and patience in addressing my inquiries. They were particularly instrumental in facilitating adjustments to my order.

From reception to picking up the car when work was finished, reception was organised and efficient and the adviser very knowledgeable and helpful.

The team helped me out at short notice with a small technical problem that stopped me charging the car up. The car was sorted within 48 hours (including a service) and was thoroughly cleaned on collection. Wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else.

Cyprian Pop is always very attentive to customer needs. He is top notch customer service officer.

Was able to get booked in for my MOT early and everything was straightforward. Didn’t have long to wait even with a quick was and vacuum. A pleasant experience.
