Total rip-off. The Country Pride restaurant is closed, there it's no alcohol here. Okay it's not that I'm an alcoholic it's just that I'm doing a 34 hour reset. I like to have a steak and a beer because it says there's a Country Pride restaurant here so I picked this place to do my reset! Do we understand?! Also the parking lot is very tight when it gets full. Don't waste your clock or your cash here—keep rolling." This is for the Travel America exit 57 off of I-95 5501 O'Donnell Street Maryland 21224 do not stop here this place is horrible! Now if you're stuck you're running out of hours you need to stay here so the $25 p i d d l y little charge is not what I'm upset about. There's a McDonald's across the street and a few other restaurants around you can walk to. It's just that spending two days here with no restaurant sucks! Just saying brothers and sisters beware!

I am a traveler that works at The CHILDREN'S hospital in Cincinnati. I needed a place to take a shower. I found the staff to be very helpful especially David. He did a thorough job at quickly cleaning the bathrooms. Thank you too the TA Travel Center Staff in Florence, KY for being so kind and caring.

Whoever put the bigger guy as a general manager for the iron skillet in girad is honestly a shame. I will never return back. He is in the kitchen cussing at the employees to where the customers can hear him. As well as using profanity about getting good orders coming in. If he is going to use profanity and cuss at employees and to him self about having to do a job he is employed to do shouldnt be employed. I can see why they lost all there bussiness because I will not be back.

Great place to get truck and trailer repairs and has many locations across the country for rest stop and repairs!

Usually good amount of parking even if an unreasonable number are paid. Usually good take out food. 0 points for their horrible points program. 0 points for customer service. Iffy whether the place is grimy.

I'm at the Petro in Ontario, i got and checked in 5 and a 1/2 hours ago. Ask s service writer. (Rubin)His name is shop supervisor how long would it take for them to see if they could fix something on my truck? He said about 5 hours. I go "really" he goes, yeah, so I went to eat breakfast came back in. And checked again, (witness another driver). You got his name and number. He said, well, we have you on the list. Just checked with them 6 hours ago, and he said, I never put myself on the list, another driver from J. C. T was there, he said he had a flat, and it took them 10 hours to get repaired. This Petro must be a stay away. Place see how many people will come if no one would come in to get service here or anything we'll talk to my uncle, union Harry boss. Teamsters, that is

5 hours to change a tire and wasn't even busy thay were out back smoking and on there phone more than working I will not be back here for work on truck the station part was ok

I took a food voucher from the kiosk for a meal. At the cashier I was told they no longer accept the vouchers. This came down from corporate. I called and put in a complaint and had my credit returned to my account. 1500 gallons a month and can't get a meal. Shame on you people.

T/A in Montgomery, Alabama had the air conditioning off in the driver room about 2 months this summer before it was repaired and now the TV has been down from around early July to August 31 and still not repaired. How much would it cost to buy even a second-hand small TV and get at least local stations? No, the management does not seem to care at all. Asked 5 times about the TV and for over a month the staff said the manger called them and are waiting for them to come out. Poor management how could really care less or they would be on it to change providers or be on the phone everyday to get it going. High prices of food-almost ridiculous! Laundry costs-sky high! Hardly any free parking spaces! All about money and charge drivers for everything they can. This is one of the worst T/A's in the country.

Had an extremely helpful attendant the Exxon at the TA truck stop in Columbia NJ. He was an older gentleman who was funny and friendly. Wish I got his name.

went to a Denmark TN TA truck stop to take a shower, and when I arrived at the kiosk to print my shower receipt, the transaction didn’t go through. I asked the store clerk for assistance, but I wasn’t able to get any help. I then called customer service and was informed that my loyalty card had been locked due to suspicious activity — specifically, someone supposedly trying to redeem a shower.

This is not true. I’m the only one who can use my card, especially since the BP company took over TA and started requiring text verification codes for showers. I fuel at TA locations daily, and I felt extremely frustrated and disappointed by how the situation was handled, especially in 100-degree weather.

Due to this experience and the lack of support, I’ve decided I will no longer be fueling at TA locations in the future.

This is at the springer new mexico location I have worked at that truck long before TA took over and since TA has taken over it has become the most dreadful and unfortunately the only place to work in our small town..... there Is so much wrong with the restaurant part but as a cook let me explain that our hood vents do not work they didn't work when the building was inspected almost 3 years ago and to this day they do not work we are dying of heat stroke in that kitchen myself as well as other employees have had serious health problems due to the heat we have experienced major headaches dizziness burning eyes and overall heat exhaustion..... how dare you people expect us to work in these conditions what's it going to take for you to get the hood vents working as well as our air conditioner fixed before one of us has a heat stroke are we seriously paid enough to work like this.... I don't think so...... this is completely horrific for you to make us stay open and require us to work like this I hope your ready for a law suit because the minute one of us ends up I'm the hospital because of the heat were will take legal action immediately and this is as of 5/23/2026

Every petro used to be my favorite place to stop and enjoy a great meal. Always good buffet. Since selling out the food is horrible. No buffetts anymore. One page menu. Truckstops are nothing like they used to be. Money grabbers now.

Piss pore service waited over 1.5 hours for a shower because the staff didn’t want to clean them. When I did get to take a shower there was still used towels in it WTF people

Went into shop at north little rock at 830 am they told me 4 1/2 hrs to get in for airbag on trailer...then it was another 4 hours..1 truck all day as too worried about suckin Amazon trailers dicks...ta petro sux and I will never go there again all they care about is Amazon and cali diaperheads

Well, we paid for parking. I then had my generator stolen in broad daylight. Then they said none of the security cameras working, not one of them anywhere. Then the manager decided to throw me off a lot. Because I was trying to get a police report with the store number and was having a hard time just extracting that simple information. That's when I realized that the lot boy the trash boy there. Has a bunch of friends that come around and steal for him. He gives the all clear They take whatever they can and from there one can fill the blanks in I'm sure. This place is evil, lots of prostitutes allowed to walk the lot and condoms on the ground. Showers, disgusting management's never present. And I think it's some sort of front for something else. That's doing very well. At least good enough to carry thus complete dump..Shame on you TA travel centers ..yall suck

The food used to be good. Now it’s like TV dinners or something. Chicken parmigiana isn’t done in 5 minutes.It takes longer. The spaghetti is awful. Mashed potatoes are awful too
Broccoli is nasty too

TA AND PETRO TRUCK STOP the worst garbage, worst service and charge for everything and worst workers and attendance.
Should be out of business. Less than zero stars.
