Diabolical customer service
I returned this bag as it was simply quality wise not fit for purpose. I was informed that the return postage was pre-paid. I was sent a screenshot of a pre-paid label which I questioned as it couldn’t be printed in the post office and asked who the courier was. I was then sent it as an attachment. I asked them to confirm that it was prepaid and again who the courier was? They confirmed it was prepaid. Now on my third trip to the post office they scanned the attachment but it was not recognised. They asked who courier was but as ‘Tactical Trailblazers’ had omitted that detail when asked twice I had nothing to tell them. They also asked where it was going as the label provided spoke of the company in Latvia but the return address was Russia. If I wanted to return the item within the return window I had to pay for it myself. The standard return cost was just shy of £20, I email the receipts to Tactical Trailblazers asking for it all to be refunded - they refused and even stated that they had provided all of the information (they had not and happy to post email correspondence to prove it.) and insisted that there prepaid label would have worked if it was just scanned (it was and didn’t work). All in all my advice to you if your reading this would be to avoid this scam company! The product is questionable at best and their customer service is outright disgraceful!!
