De fortjener ikke engang én stjerne. Lokker med en ekstra genstand ved ordrer (i mit tilfælde et par bukser). De trak pengene to dage efter, jeg havde lagt ordren. Nu en måned efter har de ikke afsendt, og ingen respons på adskillige e-mails og forsøg på at kontakte dem på Instagram. Snydepelse - hold jer langt væk!

I had ordered two t -shirts and noticed the tracking number was coming up as invalid so I checked on trust pilot and was horrified by the reviews. I immediately emailed the owner Camilla and she came back to me within an hour to reassure me the items had been posted and had left Spain. I am delighted to say these arrived yesterday ( it took two weeks in total so so be aware of this) and the quality is fab…. Just as shown on Instagram. So I wanted to give a balanced view as I was a bit worried when I read all the other reviews. Therefore my experience was good. Size small definitely a Uk 8-10 and size medium more like a 10-12. Great communication from owner and I’m really happy with the quality. Hope this helps future buyers.

Dette firma hæver pengene ved bestilling og du får aldrig varen. Jeg bestilte en nederdel i midt febuar og har endnu ikke modtaget min pakke. Fup, fidus og snydepelse. Føj!

I ordered the leopard wrap skirt (£200+) from Camilla Nalu Heering - Tales of Rebels after seeing it advertised by fashion blogger Kat Farmer - ‘Does my bum look 40’.

I placed order #1679 on 10 May 2022. It didn’t arrive until 16 June, 5+ weeks later.

Disappointed that it took so long to arrive and despite numerous emails/messages to find out what was happening with my order, no one ever replied. I wanted to love and keep it, but it did not fit. I’m a standard size 12 - not overly large and the wrap straps were far too short to secure comfortably. 

In terms of quality the hem was puckered and there were loose threads hanging from the waistband, not what you’d expect from a £200+ skirt.

I asked to return it for a refund - within the required timeframe - no response. Finally, in August, after weeks of ignored emails I got a response with a UPS return label. I followed the instructions, but the package was returned to me. According to UPS the address Camilla Nalu Heering - Tales of Rebels provided was incorrect.

She finally gave me an address in London and it was sent back 20 September, at my own expense, Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day tracked. It was received and signed for. After chasing countless times Camilla assured me it would be dealt with and refunded. I’ve not heard from her since! She won’t respond to emails nor will her husband and business partner Nikolai Oliver Van Heering! THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THE SKIRT. I HAVE NO REFUND AND NO SKIRT. Absolutely disgusted! Shame on you! Camilla is not supporting women, she’s conning them to support her fraudulent lifestyle!

What’s just as disappointing is that I messaged Kat Farmer - ‘Does my bum look 40’ and explained the situation. I asked her, as an influencer, and on moral grounds, to stop advertising this company, on more than one occasion - with no response. In fact the day after my last message to her she advertised their clothes again. Disapointing!

I STILL NEED MY £200+ REFUND!

This should be avoided - payment made for boutique order. Every excuse for delay and no comms from covid. Phone loss - checking mailing address / changing available items in and out - nothing ever arrived and no comms after checking delivery address - fake fake lifestyle scam - no comments can be left on post other than husband and friend then limited - any boutique owners share this far and wide - This is not female entrepreneurs and mother supporting each other - this is blood sucking faux pretenders - do not order - share - share - share

Ordered online and never received shipment or tracking details.
Owner does not respond to email or messages despite posting on Instagram daily.
Avoid at all costs

Do not use this company. It’s a scam. They’ve taken £240 and I haven’t received my skirt. No communication after loads of emails. Having to now claim through my credit card for the money back and will be reporting them to trading standards.

I saw an influencer on Instagram wearing a leopard print wrap skirt, with the associated link, clicked on it and ordered the skirt, it wasn't cheap. Received an email with the order and that has been the last contact I have received. You can't comment on any Instagram posts, reels etc and no way you can send DMs either, no emails answers to the info@ address or instant chat on the website. It is a complete scam, I haven't received the item or any form of communication, therefore have reported it to my credit card in the hope of getting a refund from them. Please don't order.

Awful experience!!DO NOT ORDER! Money was gone, but no answer or any info of the situation of my order. I contacted to my country´s police and made a report of an offence. I send her a message that I had done that, so she can just wait and next time she hears from me, it is the police. She answered right away and started to claim that it is all my fault,I don't answer to her :D OMG... But she returned my money right away! So if you do not get your money back, tell her that you have contacted the police.

Bestil aldrig fra dette firma. Det er fup og bedrag. Bestilte nederdel i april. Den er endnu ikke kommet. Intet svar - hverken på Instagram eller på mail. Indsigelse er nu lavet via banken. HOLD JER LANGT VÆK.

Really untrustworthy organization. No info, no delivery,no contact possible. Scam scam scam. What a delusional experience. 🤮

Scam! Do not order! She will take your money and not ship you anything! No communication, no goods, thief! Any reputable business will accept comments on their Instagram and allow you to direct message them. She does not! Obviously she is not what she want honest customer reviews.

Caution! Untrustworthy! Plays dead, although she diligently posts on instagram! So i cant sent my order back! Unbelievable!

Last message after many others before:

Hi Camilla, I don't understand why you don't contact me about returning the dress? I've already emailed you a few times and you're playing dead. Do you think this is good business? I would like to ask you again just to confirm that the address is correct. Then I will send the dress again to your address. I had already sent the dress there and it's definitely not my fault if you don't accept the package. The post office tried several times to deliver it. Without success. It was then sent back to Germany.

I think it is very dishonest not to report. So please get in touch. Otherwise you can also refund the amount for the dress. I don't want to go any other way.

Jeg bestilte en nederdel i januar og har aldrig modtaget den. Har kontaktet Camilla et utal af gange og hun svarer aldrig. Hun har trukket pengene. Min advokat er nu på sagen. Meget ubehageligt firma!!

Why did I not look at all the negative reviews before buying from this company?
Jacket arrived, it was terrible quality and the most unflattering shape. I immediately requested a return and was sent a return address, what they neglected to mention was that they were leaving the country in a matter of days and the office would be empty!
Since my parcel has 'been returned to sender' I have not had a single response to my numerous messages both on Instagram and email; I have even tried putting messages when she posts one of her numerous Insta images....all of which go ignored.
DO NOT BUY from Tales of Rebels, unless you are 100%sure you will not want to return it

Jeg har købt både jakker og kjoler hos Tales of Rebels og de skuffer aldrig. Super god rådgivning i forhold til størrelser, hurtig respons på sociale medier og i det hele taget super professionelle. Mine bedste anbefalinger er hermed givet .

Jeg har handlet hos dem flere gange og været en trofast kunde!
Jeg begyndte dog at undre mig over at de hele tiden skifter navn og lukker deres firma og starter nye op, alt imens de lever i sus og dus i Spanien.
Jeg købte en kjole d. 13/8, jeg modtager kjolen for sent, da den kommer efter den begivenhed jeg skulle bruge den til, trods jeg var blevet lovet noget andet. Jeg sender derfor kjolen retur!
Idag d. 22/9 har jeg stadig ikke modtaget
Min penge og de har ikke svaret på mine mange mails omhandlende hvornår jeg kan forvente mine penge retur!
Jeg beslutter mig at skrive til camilla samt hendes mand på Instagram
Samt kommentere under deres billeder, eftersom de ikke svarer mig. Manden blokere mig. Først da jeg har skrevet at jeg vil gå videre til ombudsmandne og politiet får jeg endelig et svar! Jeg håber at mine penge er på kontoen meget snart! Og så handler jeg aldrig der igen!

Jeg bestilte Og BETALTE en kjole fra Tales og Rebels d. 30 juli og idag d. 15 sep har jeg stadig ikke modtaget min ordre. Jeg har skrevet adskillige mails og også kontaktet Camilla i private beskeder på Instagram, men forgæves. Hun svarer ikke, trods jeg ser at hun har set mine beskeder. Jeg blir så harm og frustreret når jeg oplever at Hun/Tales of rebels åbenbart er fuldstændig ligeglade med os “almindelige” mennesker, men pleaser “kendisser”.Køb ALDRIG noget herfra, total uprofessionelt firma.

Lad være med at handle på den hjemmeside . De trækker pengene når ordren afgives og ikke ved afsendelse . Du får ingen information omkring forsendelse og du kan ikke få svar på din mails . Fik kun min penge tilbage efter utallige forsøg og til sidst trusler om at gå videre med deres firma til ombudsmanden. Hele deres set up lugter lang væk af uprofessionel forretningsdrivende !
