Poor company froad Kiya company ne karodka

Just money looting app and every time they are searching a different way for looting the innocent people.

This is my anguish with Talkcharge with recent additional charges incurred and poor service.
Initially there was no convenience fee to pay bill payments. Talkcharge has collected huge amount to remove 20% convenience fee. Once again Talkcharge has introduced by the name of Priority Pass, which says less chances of failure of bill payments, for one year. Considering, this Priority Pass will help and can be paid easily without failure. So, I paid huge amount to take the service of Priority Pass. Unfortunately, there was no improvement in Talkcharge service. We unable to pay any kind of bills. But Talkcharge has collected the money. Once again Talkcharge collected the amount for extension of Priority pass. Again, I paid for the extension of Priority Pass considering this will at least improve the service, unfortunately, service is very bad, no improvement at all. Now Talkcharge allowing me to use only 10% of wallet amount for bill payment. I even unable to use 10% of wallet amount to pay bill payments. The customer care support is very poor and is not acceptable. Most of customers had stuck in the mud by the name of talkcharge
Now once again Talkcharge planning to collect huge amount to remove 10% cap, But GOD only knows, what happens after paying this huge amount, will it work or not. What is the guarantee, there are no other charges in future from Talkcharge. How to trust Talkcharge in future. Why every time, Talkcharge introduce new plans to collect huge money from customers.

I have talk charge account and money in the wallet. However they're not allowing me to make any bill payments despite my being a priority member (took a priority member pass paying INR 2999/- in February2024). Before obtaining this pass, they have given huge promises like I won't be facing with any billing issue, I can use the wallet anytime like that. However they didn't allow me to make a bill payment even for INR 179/- There is no support team properly responses to our issues. Always I'm getting their messages stating we are answering more number of queries for other customers. Now I understand its a fraud company giving false promises to clients like me to deposit money in wallet account giving cash backs. They are adding money in the wallet in the name of cash back every month but not allowing to use single paisa. Please take severe action against this company and arrange to return back my money which has been bought using my credit card. CHEATERS. They should be punished by the law without any excuse.

Most fraud app till now.
You can't do anything with the app. there's always a server issue with the app but you can calm down with checking the wallet balance.
Today I tried to check my wallet.
But the application is not opening.
And the rest is history.
The company is bankrupt all the subscriber's loose their money.
Foolish Indians typical middle class.

Worst app, most of the transactions like bill payments will get failed and the money will only get refunded after 2days and after again failed transactions. its a fraud website and app.

Totally fraud company. Initially they asked 20% of convenience fee and now they are asking to pay priority pass which costs more than 50K. This is to trap innocent people to make payments and finally run away with the money

Fraud company. On basis of Add money to wallet, they provide cashback to the wallet which could be used for Recharge or Pay utility bills
Recently they added 20% conveyance fee for doing recharge or Pay utility bills. Also provided an option to pay a one time fee after which the conveyance fee would be waived off.
Even after this the Recharge or Pay utility bills transactions are failing for the last 2 weeks and there is no communication from talkcharge suppport from the same. The money gets deducted from the wallet even when the transaction fails. Money is lying in wallet which cannot be used anywhere nore it can be withdrawn

Worst experience. They are taking 20% convenience fees for every recharge and bill payment. There are no exit way. IF you add 4999 rupees in talkcharge wallet you have to pay 20% convenience fees for every recharge and bill payment. If you want to recharge of 2000 rupees you have to pay 400 RUPEES as convenience fees.

Despite using this application for the past four years without any complaints, the only issue I have encountered is its outdated nature. It should strive to compete with other digital wallets and offer a wider range of payment options.
