Ordered a item it was the wrong one sent it back and emailed them and no reply still waiting not replying to their email and no refund.

I ordered the wrong part
I called and asked on voicemail for someone to call me so I could talk it through and try to order the right bit
Never heard a thing
I’ve thrown the ordered part away and won’t be re ordering anything again
Could be a phone glitch but I doubt it
Just poor service
Shame as they have the appearance of a professional outfit. But I suspect not so much

Great friendly service at the Motorhome Show

Bought two vanilla reclining chairs at the recent NEC show. Chairs came with free attachable footrests. Served by an extremely helpful and friendly assistant who said they would throw in an xl storage bag for a good discount and said to save us carrying the chairs around the show and back to our car they would post the chairs to us free of charge. Everything arrived two days later and really well packaged. The included bag is of a very high standard as are the chairs which are as comfortable as we remembered. Overall an absolute pleasure to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.
