Good customer service
The wrong tape was sent, but after one short phone call the right tape arrived a couple of days later. Mistakes happen, it's how you deal with them that counts. I'd be happy to use tape2go again.

We do our utmost to deliver all orders on a next day basis (provided they're ordered before the cut off point for that day). Great to read this was the case for yourself, we hope to see you shopping with us again in the near future. :)

Very Good. Only small point is the product I've purchased a number of times in the past changed on my last order, even though I ordered on the same product via the web site. Fortunately it still did the job.

However, rest assured that anything we provide in place is always to the same very high quality (more often than not, we will supply a higher specification alternative).
