Nice service and found the goods very good standard.

I found the web site easy to navigate an quickly found the taps I needed. Very smooth transaction with good comms and the taps were delivered within a couple of days.

Upon fitting the taps, I noticed the tap heads both had a blue ring so that it was not obvious to guests which was the hot and cold tap. An email to TapsBiz sorted the issue and replacement part was again delivered within a couple of days.

I cannot fault their customer service from placing the order to the way my issue was dealt with. The response was always positive and professional. A 5 star performance.

The website is reasonably well designed with a good Refine Results facility, but the shower kit I was looking for was located in the Taps section rather than the Shower section. They very nearly lost this sale due to mis-categorising this product on their website. Although the company provides a call centre to phone for product advice, it would have been helpful to have had some detailed specifications about materials, hose length and fitting instructions on the product webpage. Although the product was in stock and competitively-priced, the delivery charge was £2.95 more than was displayed on the product webpage. However, the overall price was still cheaper than other companies, and the Checkout process with PayPal was hassle-free.

Confirmation of payment and an invoice was sent by email immediately on completion of online order (Sunday). The goods were delivered by courier at 9 a.m. on the Wednesday (approximately 2 working days) which exceeded my expectations. However, I was surprised to find the product had been dispatched in just a clear polythene bag wrapped up with bubble wrap - no cardboard packaging. Fortunately, mine must have been one of the first deliveries of the day and so thankfully the product wasn't damaged. I'm not sure this would have been the case if it had been thrown about in the back of the van all day.

As suspected (from looking at specifications of similar products on other websites and the price paid) the product had a thin chrome-plated finish and some of the fixing bolts were chrome-plated plastic. Although no fitting instructions were supplied, fixing the wall bracket was very simple. However, once fixed to the wall, trying to attach the shower handle holder to the bracket is very fiddly because of the two loose components that have to be inserted before the rotating arm of the holder. This was only overcome by securing them in place with a little bit of BluTac! It would have been impossible to thread on the shower handle holder otherwise. Inevitably, there was some flaking of the chrome plate after tightening the joints with a spanner (even with some precautionary protective padding to prevent too much damage). Some basic fitting instructions would have been helpful, especially the fact that the shower handle fits more securely in its holder if you place it in before attaching the shower hose.

Overall, I am happy with the service I received from this company, I would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone thinking of trying them. However, I would be even happier if they took on board some of the recommendations and advice contained in this review.

I'd ordered taps from a company that advertised the model as being in stock, but later found out they'd not be in stock for at least the next 6-8 weeks. Luckily, I found tapsbiz which was not only cheaper but also great in confirming that stocks were indeed available. I received the taps in good condition in 2 days...very happy with their services...

After months of problems with a competitor, I thought I'd give Tapsbiz a go and it couldn't have been a greater contrast. I was put through to someone who new their stuff and was happy to answer my questions without pressurising me into buying anything. If they said they'd ring back, they actually did, and when I was ready to order I got a competitive price and rapid delivery. Would definitely be my first choice in future.

I ordered a Roper Rhodes cistern for my new bathroom as Tapsbiz price was the cheapest. It arrived within a day or two with no hassle, which is what you want. (I have not been so lucky with other firms I ordered items from.)

items bought 4 days before christmas, not in stock ( not told this on website at time of ordering) factory shut till after the new year, when items arrived few days after the new year a part missing, after calling received it two days later
