Tap Spares UK Opiniones

I had a mixer tap which was leaking around the spout & tap body connection, but although I I could read the manufacturer’s name etched on the body of the tap I had no idea of the model, I went on the internet found Tap Spares website here I input the details & photographs of the tap, filling day I recieved details of my tap, the Part No.and cost of the service kit I required, ordered & within a few days the kit arrived in the post, today I fitted the replacement parts & reassembled, easy peasy . Just like to say very professional & great service Tap Spares, highly recommended. Thank you.

Very responsive staff that helped identify the exact cartridge for my mixer tap. So first time delivery worked perfectly, highly recommend

Easy process to order a spare part, user friendly interface and good communication.
Part arrived promptly but I couldn’t make it fit….big shout out for Elaine, who is awesome 🤩.
Extra information and concise instructions saved the day.
Recommend without reservation, I will certainly use them again.

I have never written a review before always very sceptical about them, but with the service I have received from Tap Spares I just had to say how amazing their service was. I had ordered the wrong part and they went to so much trouble to find the right one. Customer Service at its very very best.

I recently ordered a pair of Carron Phoenix Opus tap valves . These were dispatched promptly, but unfortunately they went astray in the post. My email enquiry to Tap Spares UK was responded to speedily, and replacements arrived the very next day. Their courteous and efficient support service was greatly appreciated.

Great help from customer services. Helped me identify an old tap spare Delivery was prompt. I will be using Tap Spares again. Thanks

Excellent website and straightforward ordering process. The information provided made it easy to select the right cartridge for the make and age of my mixer tap. Delivered on time and the instructions were clear for installation.

I purchased some tap cartridges a while ago and the website was fantastic in helping me identify the correct tap and parts I needed. Then today I was called out to the same property for an issue with the same tap. Turns out the disk had cracked and caused the leak. This was a manufacturing issue and the team at Tap Spares went out of their way to help me again and replace the faulty cartridges.
Blown away by the service, so happy to see there are suppliers ready to help the sole traders out in the field.

Found this on line as our Phoenix Carron Dante Tri Pure started to spring water from a series of small holes ! Luckily this super little company could provide me with a replacement spout instead of buying a whole new tap. Delivered as ordered. Communication great. Also required a refund on part I didn't need. Prompt response in confirmation I could return. Excellent
Thanks .

The tap arrived damaged, but they straight away dealt with the problem and sent out a replacement

The product I ordered arrived in good time and was exactly as described, but the real joy was their exceptional after sales Customer Service. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely use this company again and, based on my experience, would confidently recommend to others.

Taps are complicated as you often do not know the manufacturer or model of your tap. The Tap Spares UK website helps a lot here - it is well laid out and helpful to identify your tap, and what parts you need.
And after ordering the parts were well packaged and arrived promptly.

I ordered a ceramic valve for my kitchen tap but ordered it for the wrong tap model I sent an query email to customer service Elaine promptly replied asking me to sent a photo of my tap she confirmed the ordered valve would fit
This is an excellent company with fantastic customer service helpful efficient friendly and kind
Thank you Elaine at Tap Spares

Drew a blank at local plumbers merchant trying to replace washers on a spout for a mixer tap. Fortunately Howdens Kitchens where I bought the damn thing had a link to tapspares, I uploaded a photo and they identified the model within the hour, I was then able to order a washer kit for £12.00, eagerly awaiting their arrival.

The kitchen tap, about 7 years old, started to drip enthusiastically. Took the cartridge to a national chain of plumber's merchants, but the best they could offer wasn't very good. Tried two other plumber's merchants without success. The tap manufacturer was no longer listing spares for the model in the kitchen. Then I contacted Tapspares and a couple of days later a replacement cartridge arrived which seems to be perfect.

What a fantastic company to deal with
Staff were excellent in replying to my questions and have ordered the item
It may be my first order but with service like that it wont be my last

100% recommendation.
Thank you very much
