Wow, delivery was super fast especially straight after new year and can't be happier with the 2 Akios Utopia reels, thanks alot, will deffo buy from Taskers again.

Great on line angling shop I've used before , I've had no issues with these at all , items all delivered in A1 condition many thanks again will be ordering again 👍

Taskers angling what can I say dishonest law breaking company with no customer service.
I purchased a rod and reel from them with a tracked postal service. I won’t name the utter useless courier but the tracking was non existent and I missed the delivery on two occasion item was returned to there depot and was showing as on retention. Next thing I know the parcel is showing as delivered and received by me and and signed by me which it was not as I was not home or expecting the delivery that day. I contacted Taskers angling to report this and they said they had 10 days to investigate as per there policy. I waited passed the 10 days nothing from taskers so I emailed them again several times tried telephoning them no answer. I then emailed telling them I was contacting trading standards and my bank and also the police as I had ordered goods and not received them. They returned that email and said they was not going to replace or refund me as they believed the item had been delivered and were not going to discuss the matter further since then no contact. By law they are responsible for the goods until I receive them which I did not. The courier are less than helpful. I have now instructed my bank to recover my money which they have now done. I will be proceeding with a case against them with trading standards and also action fraud. As a retailer Taskers are bound by consumer law which they obviously think they are immune. I also notice from there reviews this is not the first time this has happed other customers have had these issues with Taskers.

Went knowing nothing absolutely brand new to the sport. im getting taught by neighbour who does compete on a very basic level. I spent £££s But the items I was sold was sporadic and unnecessary. basically selling me there unwanted stock not what an experienced angler would advise me to purchase. Arrived at lesson and never fished went straight back and swapped everything apart from batteries for alarms. So they had in stock and knew exactly what was best for budget. Would not refund me so I reluctantly Spent same money but got much better quality and more items with real advise. Never going again if you need to visit take someone with you. Or just go to buy what you need!!!!

Went in to buy a BB Gun for my Stepson, knew what I wanted when I went in, but staff where ultra helpful and friendly. It is mostly an Angling Store and I would have no hesitation to go in there knowing nothing about fishing and trusting them to provide me with an honest and considered opinion of what would be best for my needs as a beginner.

Got a nice rod rest and some terminal tackle and good delivery times but after i contacted them via an email about the fact theyd sent out the wrong hooks they ignored it , the next day i sent another polite email asking if they could send out the correct hooks or refund me , i stated whichever was easiest for them but once again they ignored it and didnt reply .. i emailed them a third time this morning explaining how disappointed i was with the fact they have chosen to ignore my emails and that id explain this on trust pilot about the awful customer service or lack of it ... hey presto i get an email saying their sorry about this and that they never make mistakes and they refunded me .. so basically they chose not to ignore my third email because i told them id explain there poor aftersales customer service on this site ... needless to say ill never use this company again !

Ordered yesterday morning got the parcel next day brilliant service

Ordered online and spot on with delivery times, came well before estimated times and happy with all the items I have received all in perfectly good condition and timely manner

Needed an air rifle to deal with a vermin problem and visited Taskers Angling on Saturday 4th May 2024. Dylan served me and explained in great, easy to understand detail the ins and outs of various air rifles including the benefits of a decent scope. I purchased a Remington Tyrant with a 4x 32 scope, rifle bag, 250 pellets and a packet of 25 practice targets for a total of £207.97. This was less than I expected to spend and I was obviously pleased with the total. Dylan’s advice was invaluable and he was extremely informative and also a genuinely nice guy. I would not hesitate to recommend Taskers Angling and Dylan especially.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a easy company to buy from. I had a few queries and the guys were more than helpful over the phone. All parcels arrived on time or earlier than expected. Highly recommend the company, will certainly be using them again, five stars

Was looking for a Penn reel, Taskers had a very good price and they then sent me an additional 10% off coupon for signing up to news. Reel arrived in 36 hours perfectly packed. Very happy indeed.

Needed a dropnet ASAP, great help got it to me next day as promised at good price ! will be back in future top marks.

Ordered son, 13 yr old carp angler, x2 of the fox snag ears. Great to buy at reduced price compared to other sellers, speedy delivery and just a very easy and hassle free purchase. Would defo purchase from their website again in the

Bought a Dam tele beach rest £15 less then all other shops. Sent by Parcelforce who failed to give a time slot or allow online tracking so had to stay in all day. Box arrived damaged and open but rod rest was all okay.

I ordered a bivvy from Taskers which turned up very quickly but had a fault which only the manufacturer could resolve. Taskers handled everything for me and the matter was sorted out promptly and professionally. Cannot fault Taskers customer service. Great service and will definitely order from again.

Bought online from here.bait bundled come smashed to bits.customer services no help at all they just didn’t want to know.so that’s me £30.99 out of pocket.wouldn’t order from this firm again

Bought an imax arx sea fishing suit in January,used 3 times and knee split open,sent back and they won’t warrant it and pass it off as svenson sports problem not there’s,although they sold it to me not svenson sports,poor service,mugged off,will never buy from again,why sell if no good for the job

Great company to buy off. I've used them for online click and collect and online delivery many times.
I've bought some really good kit at ridiculously cheap prices from them. Overall the pricing is very competitive and a good range.
If there happens to be a mistake with an order somehow, the customer service is excellent. Contacting the customer immediately they are aware of it. They deal with it politely and with customer satisfaction being the primary concern rather than profit.
Deliveries are packed well, shipped on time and almost always arrive on time.
First class.

Tried everywhere for some Fox Eos 7000 reels managed to find some at Taskers.
Placed order at 13-00hrs yesterday arrived 08-30hrs this morning.
Great customer service will definately use again.
