My mortgage broker was helpful and responded quickly to my questions. As I had never gone through the mortgage process before I felt a bit lost, but she made it easy to understand.
I would definately go back if I need another mortgage.

Hatty was great in handling the whole process of finding the best mortgage on the market for me. We had a couple of Zoom meetings and picked a mortgage very quickly, which was vital as rates in the market were going up quickly. The mortgage was all resolved and sorted well in advance of the purchase of my new property. Which i'm now happily settled into my new home. Remortgage Heroes!
My partner and I were looking to re-mortgage our house, but having never undertaken anything like this before we were rather apprehensive. However, TaxAssist Financial Services were reassuring, efficient and clear in their communications with us and secured us a great fixed rate deal. We are delighted with their service and highly recommend them!

I contacted Tax Assist and asked them to complete my self assessment at short notice
I contacted Tax Assist and asked them to amend my wife and my previous years self assessment and this years self assessment at short notice,. I was transferred to the Ashby office who agreed to process them. Nigel told me what he needed and after I managed to pass him the documentation, he promptly took care of everything. Communication was excellent and it was a pleasure to deal with this company throughout, would definitely recommend to use this company.
